She said she couldn’t help me unless we were on zoom. No one told me this and I don’t know how to do zoom. So then she told me to connect to her on the computer and not my phone so I tried that. That didn’t work. So she looked at my screen and told me it was blurry. Then after all that we lost connection and she was unwilling to reschedule so I could actually get what I paid for which was help!!! All my other teachers on here have been good, but I can’t recommend jasmine as it was a complete waste of my money.

First of all, Marie is a very pleasant person. Working with someone that is nice makes learning so much better. She immediately provided me with several new techniques for studying that will allow me to focus on the areas that I am struggling with. She broke information down to where it was easy for me to understand and reemphasized key points that she was teaching to ensure that I understood them.
