Photography is a big part of our lives these days. It's a modern way of storytelling. Let me help you tell your story better. From Beginner to Advance, I cater the lessons to your needs.

A lifelong student of Photography myself, I have made my living as a professional Photographer for nearly 10 years. In addition to Shooting I have been teaching and helping others hone their craft for the past 4 years.

Many people want instant results but photography is a process. Despite the experience level of the photographer my goal is teach something new. Be it a concept or technique at the end of the session you will be one step closer to your goals.

The session doesn't end at the end of the hour. I provide e-mail support for questions pertaining to the discussed subject matter. I do assign homework and or conduct practical lessons so I also provide feedback and critique for photographs.

I use Lightroom and Photoshop for post processing and I am able to provide ...

About Mark Onewolf

I began photographing family events at the age of 8 years old. I was always fascinated with how things work and the camera was no exception. I learned to shoot with Film cameras. First with my Dad's Pentax and when I was employed I purchased my own. During my time in the Navy and Army I becam

Mark OneWolf is a phenomenal teacher. Great photographers are not always great teachers, but here is a person who is both. I started with basics of not understanding much about photography beyond auto mode or about other modes on my camera, but he expertly guided me through the process of learning more about both. He is incredibly encouraging and responsive to questions, and is a kind an generous teacher.

I am now at the next level of learning about photo editing, and again, Mark goes the extra distance to research how we can more easily share images to discuss the editing process.

Do not let the online format stop you. Mark's style is very hands on.

He has exceeded all my expectations for an online class. He is an outstanding, and very patient, diligent and resourceful teacher. I highly recommend Mark and am looking forward to continued lessons with him.

Mark is a thoroughly knowledgeable, patient and encouraging instructor. I just completed a series of lessons with him to learn the basic elements of my new camera and settings so that I can go beyond the auto settings before embarking on a trip to Peru. I couldn't be happier with what Mark taught me. In addition to the basics of aperture, shutter and program auto modes, he provided very practical information on things like tripods, storage, programs and apps. I can't wait to take more lessons from Mark when I return from Peru!
Jess
Mark has taught me a lot of lessons in photography. Very knowledgeable in a broad range of disciplines (i.e. long exposures, head shots, weddings, street, editing, portraiture, product, and more). Covering so many categories of photography I feel gives him the ability to answer many questions that a specialized niche photographer would lack. I am a photographer and I get paid gigs, that's how good Mark is. I received my ROI 100x over. Highly recommended.

Photography has been a lifelong passion for me. As my journey continues, I enjoy working with students and clients on making great images and helping them to achieve their artistic vision. I love to share the tips and tricks that I have learned along the way as both a professional photographer, but also as a teacher and as a student of light.

Experienced photographer that has worked professionally in many areas including travel, fine-art, news, and sports action. I have extensive darkroom experience in both B&W and color and have transitioned those skills to Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop in the digital post-processing world. Many of my images have been printed in various publications, on many websites, and in art gallery exhibits. I teach beginner to advanced students on how to take and process great images in private tutor sessions, group lessons, and on workshop field trips. I also custom print images, and scan and retouch/restore old photographs and negatives.

About Nick

My name is Nick and I am a freelance photographer located in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts. I am new to the TakeLessons platform but have many years of experience as a photographer and photography teacher. I specialize in travel, fine art and sports action photography. I am a life-long photographe

I'm Sandra. I've worked with hundreds of photographers and designers – from beginners to the best in the business – and in print, online and video formats. I've helped them find their unique route to achieve their potential. I'm quick, honest, easy to understand. I inspire you, I show you steps and help you grow. I can certainly help with technical issues but my focus is on helping you see more – in your images, in your own ability ad in what is possible for you. In teaching college classes, my main student comment is consistent: "I will never look at anything the same way again."

About Sandra

If you just want to learn software programs or camera operation, go elsewhere. But if you want to learn to SEE and become a true photographer, Sandra is the coach to work with. Although software and hardware are certainly part of our discussions, software and cameras don't make pictures – you, your

There are many people out there that can teach you to snap a picture, but Sandra will help you learn the process of how to create a photograph. That is her strength, along with a gentle touch and her vast experience of working with some of the best photographers in the business. I strongly recommend you reach out to her if you wish to become a better photographer.

I had the great opportunity to work with Sandra. As my photo coach and editor, her insightful suggestions to the way I was approaching my work helped me sharpen my photographic skills and storytelling. Working with Sandra was all about honing my strengths as a photographer but also opening my eyes to other possibilities of storytelling and the craft of photography that helped me overcome my inexperience when creating a photograph.

If your pictures aren’t packin’ the impact you thought (or hoped for) when you pressed the shutter, or, if you can’t figure out how to move to the next level, contact Sandra. I did. And, working with her is a very special and helpful experience.
While working with hundreds of photographers and their images, Sandra has honed an acute ability to spot the potential in you and your pictures. At the same time, she can clearly guide you on how to improve your vision and elevate your photography in a fun, friendly and nonjudgmental way.

Think about it this way. Sandra has had dinner with Ansel Adams. She's worked in the White House three times as a picture editor. She was part of a team that won a Pulitzer Prize. She loves photography and she loves to look at photographs. And most importantly she loves to work with photographers regardless of their "level". You will learn about your photographs. You will learn about yourself. But don't be intimidated by her background. She is NOT one of those photography guru experts who try to motivate by tearing you down. She builds on where you are as a photographer. Instead of telling you that a photograph is no good she might tell you that "you should be doing more of this type of photograph." Whatever it costs to learn from Sandra is cheap. What you will learn is priceless.

I was getting ready for a trip with my friends to tour all over in Russia this Summer and I found Sergey and he taught me a great deal of what I will need to communicate enough to get a round in Russia...
He is an excellent teacher Thank you Sergey for your great help in teaching me I know this will be a trip to remember thanks to you...

Terrible experience. Couldn't connect online, 20 minutes after start time called him and he tried to assist, but ended up doing a "phone lesson" which consisted of a question and answer time where I had to come up with my own questions. To conclude we were told to go out and take some pictures on our own and learn from experimenting on our own taking pictures of all kinds of things. We could then download them, send to him, and he could critique.
Not what I expected. Not necessarily his fault, but Going to ask for refund

when I made an appointment, I asked if Sergey was familiar with my camera and they said yes. It seemed new to him. But after talking about my fijifilm x100F, I am returning the camera. So overall I did like Sergey and look forward to my next Hour

Photoshop vs. Lightroom for Editing Time-Lapse Photography

Once you've done your time-lapse photography, how should you edit it all together? Here, Pasadena, CA teacher Nathan H. shares his recommendations, plus the pros and cons of using Photoshop and Lightroom...   So you just finished your amazing time-lapse of the sky. You’ve composed your shot. You’ve made sure nothing went wrong. You’ve waited an hour for your camera to take 600 images. It was a long, painful process.
