Master of Music in Piano Performance from Indiana University School of Music
Five reasons why my lessons can be a unique experience, if, and only if:
1- You are looking for a professionally trained performing artist and instructor (with more than 25 years of experience teaching ranging from beginner toddlers at home to advanced musicians in academic studio setting) who is fun to work with.
2- You look for an individualized approach tailored to your musical needs (Piano Technique, sight-singing, Score reading, Theory, Aural skills).
3- You or your child are busy and want to make the best of your time learning or practicing and therefore need a well-disciplined teacher who can match your schedule; I have a strong Time Management & Follow up System for the lessons. (My philosophy specially for beginners : If it is not measurable , it is not done the right way. )
4- You actively and carefully read the details (of education and teaching experience) of instructors profile and ask for reviews because you care enough for your time and money to know the ...
Advanced or serious intermediate students will benefit most from my methods as my recent students have won first prize and gold medals in both regional & State-wise piano competitions ( I highly recommend you read the selected reviews I provided here); Please feel free to use "ask a question" featu
Ard is just wonderful with the children. He was able to teach them at their level with an enthusiasm, kindness, and insightfulness that engaged them immediately. And, although Ard has a playful side with the children, he was also very serious about learning music, and there were very clear expectations for the children. The lessons were a perfect blend of fun and learning.
Ard is not only an incredibly talented musician, but also a passionate, energetic, and wonderfully interesting person. If we ever move back to the area, we would call on Ard again in a heartbeat.

I graduated with a degree in music performance in 2019, and have over 13 years of playing experience and 5 years of teaching experience (ranging from student as young as 5 years old). Outside of music, I am a medical student (M.D.). I enjoy using music as an outlet and teach trumpet lessons because it is my passion!
As a teacher, my goal is to help not only facilitate musical interpretation and technical skills on the trumpet but also help foster a student's life-long love for music. I believe that students should not only progress technically but foster a sense of who they are as performers, regardless of their level.
As a performer, I have played in symphony orchestras, in the pit for musicals such as Pippin, Into the Woods, and The Music Man, and private gigs. I've received training in performance anxiety and overcoming fear of public performance and would be happy to discuss techniques.
I offer individualized lessons and am passionate about helping students' achieve their goals!. I try to provide affordable lesson prices so that financial concerns never inhibit students' ability to progress and reach their potential! Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

I approach drum set from a rudimental stand point. I like to start my students off just working on their hands and then over time I incorporate the drum set itself more and more. Usually after about two months of studying with me, the student is on the set for the majority of the lesson.
The styles I specialize in would include mostly rock with some jazz and latin styles as well.
Alex was born May 31, 1987. Since both of his parents were band directors, he grew up in a very musically inclined family. When he was 15 years old, during his freshman year of high school, he started studying percussion. A year later he began studying under Chad Kohler and continued to do so until

I have 15 years of experience teaching all levels of clarinet students, including everyone from absolute beginners to advanced collegiate players. My junior high and high school students regularly place highly in state Solo & Ensemble and All-State festivals, and have been accepted into top university music programs. My college students have won national competitions, been accepted into summer music festivals, and have been placed in major graduate programs with full scholarship.
I look forward to getting to know each student individually so that we can work together to make them into the best clarinetists, musicians, and artists they can be!

Students can expect fun yet structured lessons in which they will learn new songs, and explore new techniques and genres. Though I love to teach pop, rock, and jazz, my speciality is classical guitar and fingerstyle.
Austin began playing guitar at the age of 14, and has amassed over 10 years of experience. He developed his skills further by studying classical guitar at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, performing works by Leo Brouwer and Johann Sebastian Bach. As an adult, beginner student I have nothing but good things to say about Ian. He has a very good demeanor during class and takes the time to find out what styles you are interested in.
He has the patience and communication skills that are found in superior instructors (I have been to a couple others and have stuck with Ian). His passion for music is infectious.
He challenges me to become better with each week and is good at instilling a sense of competition. I highly recommend him as an instructor."
Thank you Lauren"
