Alex M. Bonita, CA

About Alex

I am passionate about sharing with you all the knowledge that I've obtained from over 45 years of of studying piano with some of the best teachers available in the country. I will help you to both discover that sound image that is only yours and then to work on how to make that image come alive for you at the keyboard. I promise that working together will be a fun and inspiring adventure into that most expressive form of communications which is Music. One of the best ways to judge a teacher is by the way he plays. I am a performing teacher, still studying, and will be giving my second solo recital at The Museum of Making Music in Carlsbad in February 2013 and will be playing masterpieces by Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Chopin and Liszt. You are, of course, invited to the recital or ...

Francis has been just fantastic as my first ever singing teacher. He completely made me feel at ease, provided me with material to practice in between lessons, and is just a genuinely nice guy to be around. A great teacher!

I love how Dennis has customized my lessons for my taste in music and my goals with the drums. This makes the lessons fun and productive--and it keeps the practicing at home enticing, too. I definitely see great progress in my drumming since I started working with him.

A great teacher!

I've wanted to take drum lessons my whole life and finally got up the courage. Figured I'd be two left feet and two left hands! This made me self-conscious. But Dennis totally put me at ease, and I'm having a great time learning with him. He tailors each lesson for me and the progress I've made on my own while I practiced, and he had me playing my favorite songs right away. I've even learned how to read a piece of sheet after just a few lessons! I was always so intimidated by that part. Dennis is so clear in explaining, and so patient in working through nuances, and careful to get me going on the rudiments right away. He is thorough, responsive, encouraging, and just plain nice. I highly recommend him as a teacher of any age student.

My son is 13, and was very shy about his voice for a very long time. I had been searching to find an instructor for him, and then I heard about Luis from a friend of mine. He came over and quickly was able to befriend my son, soon they where singing together, and all within the first lesson. He is personable, friendly and above all he has brought confidence to my boy. I am so grateful for his services, more than just a vocal instructor he is helping my son to grow in his confidence all around. Now my boy is singing all the time!!!

Great Vocal Instructor!
Adrián T. San Diego, CA

About Adrián

Adrián : Born on October 17, 1975, and raised in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, México, Adrian T. grew up surrounded by the traditional music of Central America from Danzón, Boleros and Rumba, to Son and Mambo. Adrián began developing his musical ability starting at the age of eleven. He was inclined to play the tenor saxophone and the flute with an understanding of classical music and a distinct attraction to jazz, and five years later chose to take on the clarinet. His grandmother, a "Danzón Nut" according to Adrián, urged her grandson in that direction, but the young player was adamant towards a newfound paragon for himself: John W. Coltrane. 2001 was a year that would have a profound impact on Adrián’s music. While pursuing Sociology and Music Studies at The University of Texas, El Paso, he

Adrian has been a major part of my knowledge of woodwind composition. As a song writer/artist, i've hired Adrian to help score and perform on many recordings for me.

Adrian plays all saxes, flute and clarinets and i can't thank him enough for his
wisdom and instructional guidance in gaining a broader understanding for how to make those instruments work in my music.

Thank You Adrian, Cheers!!!!

One of the best instructors I've had to this date. Really easy to understand when it comes to exchanging concepts. Also great at explaining harmony to guitar players. If you're looking to get deep into harmonic concepts, this is the guy to learn from!
