About Nicole
Nicole is available to teach lessons for students of all levels. Beginning her singing career when she was 7, she most recently sang at the Lyric Opera of Chicago, was a winner of the international CS Competition in musical theatre, and is a Chicago F.A.M.E. finalist for Jazz and popular music. Combined with her training and professional experience, Nicole teaches singers to switch gracefully between multiple styles. She practices what she preaches: one night she might be singing Beyoncé, and the next morning she might be singing Handel's Messiah!

Nicole has been a young artist for Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre, Metropolitan International Music Festival, and for Tiroler Opern Programm, under international instructors, including Elizabeth Bachman (from the Metropolitan Opera), Kim Josephson (Metropolitan Opera), Sharon Cheng (Caramoor),
Michael Fennely (Carnegie Hall), Wei-En Hsu (Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra), and Candace Evans (Santa Fe Opera). Nicole earned her Associates in Theatre from Brigham Young University ('12) and went on to acquire her BM in Vocal Performance from Illinois Wesleyan University ('14). Nicole obtained additional training from Boston University, Elon University, and the University of Alaska Anchorage.

With pleasure I recommend Ms Marie (as the children knew and loved her for the past two years) for her devoted work at Wee Care preschool. She was very supportive and she assisted me with instructional responsibilities during the last year. She has compassionate attitude to the kids and strong understanding of child development plus to her excellent communication skills.

She is an amazing instructor! I have seen huge improvement immediately on my son. She makes learning so much fun so my 7 year old son is always looking forward to her class. He learned more with her in a few classes then he did in private school. Highly recommend her

I have always been a self-studier in my entire life. Being able to learn with just books and your brain is a crucial skill to have! However, I know not everyone (and sometimes even myself) have the discipline and motivation to keep going during hard times. This is where a tutor would come in handy.

I enjoy tutoring (doing it ever since I was in high school for my classmates) and helping other overcome problems that I have encountered myself because it enhances my own understanding and makes me happy that my self-studying is helping others. Sometimes, my students even bring up alternative ways of thinking that I have never thought of before!

I tend to have a busy schedule with my work, but Bill is accommodating and punctual. In our lessons, we go over topics I struggle with and he thinks of variations of the problem that may appear on the exam to guarantee I fully mastered the concepts. I rather be overprepared than failing and studying for the GMAT all over again.

I will teach you how to read and write spanish. I have alot of experience with bilingual classes. I took ESL classes from first grade all the way to eight grade. By the time i was in high school I was taking mainstream classes. Spanish is my first language so I know how difficult it is to learn another language. Especially speaking it without even knowing how to write it or even read it. I remember having problems with English in middle school. People used too make fun but I after a while i learned how to speak write and read both English and Spanish. By the time i hit high school I was bilingual and English became natural like speaking spanish at home with the family. When I enrolled in college I did not expect to use my bilingual skills. I will help students that needed help with assignments in English. Especially international students
. Being bilingual English/Spanish became natural for me. I was born in illinois but my parents come from a foreign country and I know how hard is to learn a second lenguage. Give me the chance to teach you how to learn spanish. I can teach anyone how to speak perfect spanish with examples to make it easy.

About Antonio
Italian native, I moved to the US to earn an MBA at Shorter University thanks to a soccer scholarship. Currently employed in an engineering firm as a Business Analyst.

During my whole life, I have traveled throughout Italy to play for pro/semi-pro soccer teams. In 2016 I was offered a full soccer scholarship to play for a college in NW Georgia.
When I was very young I also started playing chess because of the passion my older cousins had with this game. I started reading books when I was 6, competed for official tournaments at 12 and became a regional champion at 15.

A last passion of mine has always been guitar too. I started playing it when I was 13 and underwent 2 years of weekly lessons of Jazz, Rock, Blues, and Country.
I'm glad I can teach kids how to approach music and this instrument!

Currently, I teach these 3 disciplines bi
-weekly in a school in the suburbs of Chicago. I will be glad to see your improvements as I see those of the students I am currently teaching!

Since my first lesson, Antonio has been an exceptional instructor. His experience playing for well-respected academies overseas validates his credentials as a soccer instructor and it is very evident with the ball at his feet. Antonio’s personality makes lessons fun while also being engaging . He is very patient throughout his demonstrations and would suggest his for any level/age group.
