I teach my own method of self-growth called Adoga. Inspired by various forms of meditation and other self-growth techniques, Adoga is a framework for applying, relating, and integrating a series of connected practices. I have written a book on this subject, which is available on amazon and in other online stores. There is a certain progression that can be used in order to master the extensive framework of Adoga. First, the student is presented with a basic self-growth practice, perhaps a meditation of watching the breath for example. Then, the student is given subsequent, more advanced techniques in a series. Each practice provides a unique benefit. As the student learns a sufficient number of practices, the focus then shifts to integrating and synergizing the practices together, understanding their relationships, and the bigger-picture that they paint. As you can see from this progressive outline, Adoga is really in some ways best thought of as a meta-practice or a collection of practices. It is not just a simple collection though but a highly connected and integrated system of practice which produces a powerful synergistic effect. Within the structure outlined so far, private lessons offer the opportunity to learn Adoga in a way that is customized for you. Lessons can become a discussion back and forth working through the dynamics and challenges that are unique to each student. If certain practices are already familiar to a student, instruction on these can be accelerated or skipped altogether. Other practices may be focused on because they are of particular difficulty or interest. Adoga excites me in a profound way because I know that, with consistent and dedicated practice, it can really change your life for the better in ways that are hard to imagine. I offer guided meditation and deep relaxation as part of a developing yogi's practice, or simply on it's own. Options for meditation include restorative yoga and meditation, Reiki and meditation, sitting meditation, guided meditation to music, or seated meditation in silence. My space is designed to offer optimum comfort. Aromatherapy is incorporated unless otherwise specified. Experienced guided meditation coach for 3+ years. I have guided adults and children into guided 7 charka awakening meditation, so are all ages are welcomed to join! Not only will you learn to meditate but you will also learn how to become aware of and awaken your 7 chakras. The meditation will start with me guiding you to a place of calmness and stillness while background music is playing. Every meditation session will be different but will always provide mental, emotional, and spiritual healing and stability within. Meditation is a simple but powerful routine to add to your daily life to allow you to show up at your best for you and others around you. Making time for meditation daily will provide you with a grounded internal foundation to take on any day or do more than just get through the day. I look forward to taking a journey with you!

My classes are a safe space for people to accept their emotions, express their emotions through gentle movement, and then release them from within. In my classes we will slow down. Pause. Consciously breathe. Feel our skin and move in ways that are not just routinized but are instead endlessly authentic. This type of movement has a special focus on exploring the emotions living in our bodies to ease stress, reduce anxiety, and bridge the gap between our mind, our body, and our emotions in an embodied way. Allowing you to fully feel.

My approach is very natural and healing.i believe each session should be individualized for each client. I believe in letting our body's natural responses help in guiding our sessions and we draw from the energies we create in each session to create the best mind body and spirit experience.

I will lead you in guided meditations for various purposes ie. for stress relief, etc. and teach you how to practice meditation on your own.
