About Ashleigh
My name is Ashleigh and I am a professional writer. I write novels mostly, but I also write screenplays, stageplays, musicals, and the occasional short story or two. I have three years of education at the University of North Georgia, in their Film and Digital Media Production program. As a creative writing tutor, I hope to help you open your mind to see the world not only by your definite surroundings and what already is, but also by the infinite possibilities of what could have been and what still can be. For sessions, I can do something as simple as read a piece of fiction you've written and give you honest feedback, or I can meet with you multiple times, giving writing exercises, assignments, and feedback so that you can see your improvement from week one until the end of our time together.

Very knowledgable teacher! Christian is patient with me as a beginner and has a great teaching method whereby he never tells you exactly how to perform a piece, as that is not what acting is about.

I don't know about you (yes you, the one reading this), but I've been secretly wanting to act my whole life and am a full of life personality with hidden insecurities. Even though I have never really acted professionally, I have been theatrical and playing all sorts of characters, speaking in accents and dancing to everything in front of the mirror, in comfortable social gatherings and have even put on shows for my pets and husband! Last time I acted "professionally" was in a high school play. And even then, I mostly helped make the props!

I tell you this, because, with that kind of a background, nervous and yet SO excited to JUST TRY, I chose Christian as my teacher- my professor of Acting!

I am 3 classes in and Christian is very supportive, non-judgemental and extremely easy to learn with. I am impressed with his skills, his ability to immediately decipher something I'm trying to explain, and then how easy he makes it for me to put his constructive feedback into practice. The practice is not easy... because that stuff always takes hard work, but he explains it all so easily so I can start practicing and exploring the acting world. He is honest about the acting world, the people in it and the various steps it takes to get to wherever you are trying to get! So be honest with yourself and let this be an authentic and fun experience! Plus, it's so nice to talk to someone that actually gets what it's like to be dreaming!

Thanks Christian!

Roberta is everything you would want in a teacher. She is exceptionally talented herself and knows how to share her knowledge with others. She is especially very kind and nurturing in an environment which could be quite intimidating for a beginner like me. You can tell she truly enjoys teaching and gets excited to see her pupil learn. I have learned so much in a short time.

About Kristina
When you come to a lesson at my studio you will experience a voice lesson with me like you would in no other environment. This will feel like an investment in yourself to learn but also to relax and enjoy in the luxury of breathing and singing. When you enter you will feel like you entered a spa with aromatherapy and water infusions. We'll start our vocal practice on yoga mats and open up our bodies before deep breathing pranayama exercises, relaxing vocal warm-ups, ear-training and finally repertoire and artistry. Here you'll not only learn the tools and foundations of good singing but also release stress in the mind and body. I believe singing is for everyone, not just career vocalists, and that vocal lessons can be therapeutic and be helpful in living a balanced lifestyle. Release your inner wild, your personal sound, your voice that r
esonates throughout the universe with me at The Inner Wild Voice Studio.

Kristina holds a BFA from the Boston Conservatory in Musical Theatre with an emphasis in Stage Direction. She has performed as a jazz and contemporary music vocalist in numerous professional bands for the past nine years upon her graduation from the conservatory. Her personal teaching style is relaxed and infuses yoga and Alexander technique to ensure the best results in her students. She loves working with beginners and is the perfect candidate for those with interests in jazz, r&b, rock and pop vocal styles. Her lessons for students with non-professional interests can be used for mind, body and soul therapy.

Kristina is one of the most talented people I’ve ever met. I’ve seen her perform with various groups and her performance quality was always outstanding. Not only is she talented but she’s also professional and takes her work very seriously. As a singer/guitarist myself, she’s taught me several techniques to improve my vocal quality in my performances and I’ve felt a significant improvement in my vocal tone and quality. I highly recommend her for either vocal instruction or live music entertainment needs.
