I am a published playwright and award-winning screenwriter. With over 30 years of experience writing plays, screenplays, and comedy sketches, I am focused on helping you find your voice and learn the fundamentals of three act structure. Are you unsure how to format a script or what opportunities there are for writers? I can answer your questions. Have you written a script that needs feedback? I'll read it and give you comprehensive notes. Wherever you are in your development-- beginner, intermediate or advanced-- I will hone in on your strengths and weaknesses; I'll give you assignments and feedback that can help you get to the next level. I taught sketch comedy writing at The Lee Strasberg and Theatre and Film Institute in New York City and I have helped many writers with their plays and screenplays. Most recently, I won multiple awards for a spec script I wrote for the TV Show “Master of None.” I just finished a full-length play and I am gearing up to host a reading-- online-- of a ...

Geometry is my personal favorite, because it id among the most misunderstood concepts in mathematics (which is ironic, considering it's one of the easiest once you are taught it the 'right' way). Students generally find Geometry hard because they cannot grasp onto the myriad new concepts they encounter. They get lost in the enigmatic theorems, lengthy identities and copious proofs that plague Geometry, instead of focusing on the main ideas. I teach geometry by utilizing a 'result-based' method, which exhorts my students to emphasize on what the question is actually asking, instead of trying to remember abstract formulas and dangling corollaries off the top of their heads. This method is highly effective and several of the seniors I taught benefited from it, because once they understand the concepts behind the questions, the other skills were complimentary and came automatically. Watch in awe as you suddenly start acing all of your Geometry tests, when I explain the simple concepts and

From creative short stories and descriptive paragraphs in elementary school to lengthier prose and argumentative essays in high school, and then implementing those skills to write research and term papers in college, students spend a great deal …
