Teresa was awesome! She worked with me and my limited flexibility and really set me up for success with exercises to integrate into my routine. She was also very cognizant of a prior injury and presented long term alternate solutions to tissue regrowth. I really look forward to working with her again!

She was really great, we have only had one lesson so far but she made me feel very comfortable and I feel like she will be perfect for me helping me get over my stage fright. She came up with quite a few ideas up front and can tell she is taking it seriously, which makes me even more confident in her because it is such a serious issue for me. I am looking forward to working with her.

I love taking my online classes with Lindsay! Having a really busy schedule, I thought at first this was an indulgence to have a class in the comfort of my own home, however I've rethought that since I've started. These are necessary to keeping, not just my physique in shape, but my ballet up to par, as well as my mental state of being calm, focused & happy. Lindsay is very skilled at shifting each class to what is best for me that day. She's skilled & knowledgeable, proficient, professional, friendly, fun & gives me a thorough workout! Thank you Lindsay!

Whether you're just starting out or want to polish a few problem areas I'm here to help!

About Sara

Hello! I'm Sara!

I started dancing at the age of 3. I am well versed in Ballet, Modern and Jazz. I attended Joffrey San Antonio (2004) and Paul Taylor New York (2010) intensives.

While in high school I taught Ballet, Jazz, Pre-Pointe and Pointe classes to dancers age 3-14.

In 2011 I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ballet Pedagogy (which is the art or science of teaching).

Since moving to NYC 5 years ago I have been focused on performing with such dance companies as Exit 12 Dance Company (2011-2012) and Community Dance Project (2013-2014). While not dancing with specific companies I have choreographed and danced in two music videos.

I can't express my love for teaching enough! To know that I could help spark the passion of dance in a young person is extremely inspiring.

Please inc

lude your area and availability in your messages!

I would prefer to teach students with professional or aerobic goals. Social dancing is not one of my subjects.

Ballet has been my passion for almost 18 years. I started when I was 3 (now I'm 22), and I only love ballet more and more each day. I was trained in the Vaganova style of ballet (Russian) until I was 14 in Minnesota. When I moved to Ohio for high school, the dance school in my area taught in the Balanchine style of American ballet. When I returned to Minnesota for college in 2015, I started dancing at the Minnesota Dance Theater. I recently moved to Florida and run my own home dance studio. No matter which style you want to learn, I can offer you the best tips and exercises! Ready to put on your slipper and dance across the floor? Take the course now!

I scored 5 on AP World History, AP European History, and 4 in AP American History. I will make history such an interesting subject for you to learn!

I have been learning Dutch at the University of Minnesota for 4 years and have a Dutch minor degree. I'm also certified in Dutch proficiency through the Department of German, Scandinavian, and Dutch at the University of Minnesota. I've lived in Amsterdam from 2017-2018. I know how to efficiently and systematically teach the Dutch la

Serena was a wonderful instructor/tutor to my 12yr old son. He was able to absorb the material easily and retain the lessons learned in order to improve his performance at school. I would definitely recommend Serena if you are serious about learning a specific subject you or your children may be lacking in.
