I am a current private tutor and entrepreneur with 9+ years of experience FEATURED ON FORBES 30 UNDER 30 in 2016.
I strive to not just teach the subject, but also the psychology of elite test-takers, to not just get you ready for one test, but to also teach you the process that allows for repeated & continued success.
With my quadrilingual ability, I created “La Méthode” or in English, The Method, a tutoring style combining the best of the American and the French approachs to learning so that students can learn from world-renowned theories at the same time as they discover more practical examples to delve into.
My goal is to see you so proficient with the subject that you are able to teach it yourself.
About Aziz
I have changed environments many times, settling in Paris after living in Morocco for eighteen years then moving to a complete new world, here in the USA. Helped by the fact that I am quadrilingual, I am quite used to interact with people from different backgrounds. While I love helping students un

I am an MIT tutor specializing in math and science, and I have taught math anywhere between pre-algebra and calculus (including algebra) for 5 years. I have taken AP Calculus BC while in high school, and I have taken Multivariable Calculus and Differential Equations at MIT, and I actively participated in many math competitions through elementary, middle, and high schools.
Before the lessons, I like to talk with parents, students, and/or teachers to fully gauge what they have been struggling with and how to best help them. Then I identify the student's gap in knowledge while helping them complete their homework and give them additional drilling problems as needed to help them fully master the materials and do well on their tests. I always carry around AP Calculus prep books or college calculus practice problems (depending on the students' levels) so that the students can practice these problems as needed. I also provide them with additional resources and practice problems as needed.
About Nayoon
I'm an MIT tutor specializing in math, science, and test prep and many of my students have gone on to study at Ivy Leagues, MIT, and McGill. Many of my students have also gotten 800 on both SAT Math and SAT Math 2, 750+ on SAT Reading and Writing, and 5's on the AP exams even in the midst of pandem

I'll walk you through the topics and examples at first. As you start to feel confident, I'll ask you questions to help you work through the problems on your own, while also giving you an outline of how to approach and answer the questions when you're on your own.

I took AP Calculus my senior year of high school. I loved the course and excelled naturally, keeping the highest class grade throughout and finishing with a 5 on the AP exam. At USC, I continued this path and worked up to all levels of calculus offered, and beyond.
I have 7+ years experience tutoring Calculus, much of which has been working with AP students. I aim to prepare them for the exam, while helping ensure a good course grade.
Whether your [son or daughter] just wants to get through their Calculus course and maintain solid grades OR they want to excel in the course to create a solid foundation for a continued education in mathematics/engineering and/or sciences, I can help!!
Why put off until tomorrow what you can do today? Contact me to get started right away!
