We are going to HAVE FUN! I will be customizing your lessons to your needs, your skill level, your age, and most importantly, what you would like to learn on the Flute.

Before getting into the pertinent details for flute, I also offer lessons on the "Recorder" or also known as the Flutophone. The recorder is a terrific beginners instrument for young children who have no prior experience with music. As an adult, if you enjoy the sound of the flute, but prefer to start with something easier, then the recorder would be a great choice. If you, or your child is interested in the recorder, sign up here for flute, but make a note it is the recorder you are signing up for. TakeLessons has not added the recorder to the list of instruments, but is in the process of doing so.

Also, if group lessons is something of interest, we can make arrangements through this platform. Group lessons are great for homeschool groups, especially when a music class has been incorporated into a home school ...

My ten year old granddaughter has zip experience with any musical instrument, but she elected to try the saxophone. Rhonda is an excellent instructor. Her praise is genuine and her corrections are gentle. My granddaughter’s comment after her first thirty minute lesson was, “ That was a short lesson..only about five minutes!” That says it all! Highly recommend Rhonda!

Rhonda was knowledgeable, fun and professional. She started where I was at and moved me along at my own pace. The music choices were great. Challenging but absolutely doable. Can't wait for my next lesson!!

I've studied music for over 25 years. I specialize in teaching classical music, but also teach pop/Broadway/Sacred styles. I earned my Bachelor of Music degree in Professional Studies: Piano and have been teaching professionally since February 2008 when MuzikAdict Piano Studio was established. I have experience teaching ages 3-84. I include theory in all my lessons and also love to dwell solely on music theory without emphasis on an instrument if that is your preference . Looking forward to meeting you!

About Rebecca

I began playing piano at age six and I received my early training from Jeanne Pennino and later studied with J. Mitzi Kolar, Krzysztof Brzuza, and Karen Follingstad. I earned my Bachelor of Music degree in Piano, Professional Studies from San Diego State University. I plan to pursue a Master of Arts
