Our Russian language classes together will be modeled on your goals, interests and desired pace. We can improve your command of grammar and vocabulary, while using the language to make connections. We can engage in discussions and debates related to current events and issues of relevance to communities in Russian-speaking countries. We can explore these various topics through a combination of texts of different genres, from news reporting to opinion pieces, to podcasts and interviews presenting perspectives on current events.
Our classes will be rooted in skills development and application, not theory. We will work together to accomplish practical tasks and model everyday conversations, as well as build awareness of Russian culture, including music, art, literature and cuisine.
