I would like to give my students more opportunities to perform in front of the audience because in that way, they can progress faster and still have fun with other student in group. I do think to make student have fun with violin is important too but as a instructor, I think I need to find a fine line between having fun and make them play violin with good techniques and skills

I am a professional violinist playing all over Chicago. I love teaching as well as performing. I also teach violin at a private school in Schaumburg, IL.
I like making music fun. With the knowledge that playing an instrument is very difficult, my approach to teaching is to make each task seem as easy as possible. I promote the art of listening to music just as much as playing the notes on the page. I incorporate all the important aspects of violin playing: posture, sight-reading, technique, scales, and musicality to turn all my students into the best musicians they can be!
My name is Annarita and I am a violinist from Des Plaines, Illinois. I began playing at the age of seven, and by the time I was in high school I realized I wanted to make the violin my career. I attended Loyola University Chicago and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in Music. In 2010, I began performing with the Fox Valley Orchestra and continue performing with them today.
