Francisca is a wonderful teacher. She knows how to motivate you and make you feel good about your performance to help you grow. She is helping me get over my mental block in order to reach my full potential. Her methods are easy and efficient. I only had a few lessons with her, but I feel that I improved so much.
Definitely recommend her class.

Trusted professional vocal teacher

Francisca was my singing teacher for two years and in that time with her I achieved so much. It was right before one of my biggest singing years (Year 12 HSC Music Examinations) that I met her, and we clicked straight away. I don’t believe I would have been able to get through it without her. She gave me confidence and never doubted my ability to take on any song I chose. My voice was the healthiest and strongest it had ever been when she was teaching me. She helped me to further develop my chest voice (something I had always struggled with) and introduced me to a wider range of music genres. It was always the best part of my week going to singing lessons; they were fun and always beneficial, each lesson I walked away with something new to apply. Not only did I learn more about my voice, she developed my stage presence, challenged me and gave me insight into the music industry. With her guidance and continual support I achieved 89% in my HSC music examination, numerous amounts of gigs and my first lead role in an amateur musical production. Always professional, friendly, compassionate and positive; everything a teacher should be when dealing with an instrument as delicate and personal as the voice. Even though I do not receive lessons anymore, across the seas Francisca is still supporting me. I am so blessed to have had her as my teacher and friend.
Janice M. Hollywood, FL

I teach classical piano and performance. I have many students that are also taking vocal lessons, and I teach them easy steps for them to begin to accompany themselves.

About Janice

I love to use mnemonics and rhymes as a tool in learning, especially in the beginning. I stress lots of practice but lots of fun. I ensure my students understand that they will reach their goals if they trust in the process. I use a tender touch approach as oppose to tough love because that's what always worked best for me. I received training in classical piano and clarinet, as well as music theory over a period of 11 years, and performed and perfected my skill for many more after that. I studied music theory and performance for both instruments at Florida International University. *** Lesson Details *** From week to week we begin each lesson with students playing what they practice and learned in the previous lesson. I use the Alfred's Piano Library as a basic course for ...

My daughter Julia, 9 years old, loves Ms. Janice. She's been taking lessons for one year. Not only have I seen improvement in her playing but in her confidence as well. Janice is great at being patient in guiding Julia and praising her efforts and successes. I am very happy with her teaching method.

Kristine M. Hollywood, FL

About Kristine

With four wonderful years of musical teaching experience, I share my gifts and talents with those who too want to express themselves through music. I believe music is worldwide language and so do not intend to stifle any students individual style or sound with technique. Instead I allow the student to take the lessons and techniques learned and together we find ways to adapt to that style so that their best 'musical picture' is heard. Apart from teaching, I enjoy singing at my own gigs, doing backgrounds for other artists, and working on new music for production in the studio. I have produced my debut album in 2007 and have released two new singles marketed to the Caribbean/reggae/Latin genre. I have directed elementary and middle school choirs and led the musicianship of musicals. I ...

I LOVE KRISTINE!

I've been a student of Kristine for only a year and in that year I have learned so much from her. She has shown patience towards me because I am a little hard-headed and stubborn. Although I never really worked to my full potential, she still has helped me to improve in my singing. This class has given me the ability to reach a higher vocal range. Kristine is a beautiful woman inside and out who truly loves and cares for her students. I'm so glad I am able to have Kristine as my vocal coach. I wouldn't choose any other teacher.

Very grateful!

Kristine has been wonderful, encouraging and very, very patient with my daughter. She has taken the time and has allowed my daughter who is extremely shy, to move at her pace that's right for her. Kristine has been a blessing to my daughter, she is awesome and I am very grateful that my daughter has her as an instructor!

What can I say about the phenomenal experience I've had taking lessons with Kristine. She is not only an amazing teacher, but an extremely talented singer and performer. I was privileged to watch her do a live performance in December. I started taking voice with her in about August of last year and cannot believe how far I've come. I know that others have hear the difference in my voice. She has not only taught me good techniques and breathing but has worked with me to develop my middle voice which has been particularly challenging for me. I have said many times that I never knew that I was capable of singing as I am now; the difference has been so apparent to me. Kristine makes lessons fun but at the same time challenges you to bring out your full potential. I sing mainly in a church setting and am so thankful to God that He led me to her. If you are thinking of taking lessons from her don't even hesitate. You will not regret it. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I started taking guitar lesson with Lucian, but our theory work inspired me to buy a keyboard, so now I take both guitar and piano on alternating weeks. As much as I still enjoy the guitar, I LOVE my piano lessons. Apparently my piano has come along well enough that my girlfriend now wants lessons for both her and her child. That is no small compliment coming from her! I'm 43, but I would recommend Lucian to anyone at any age, so long as you're willing to put in the practice. I've had a half dozen guitar instructors, not to mention teachers of various subjects and levels. Lucian is among the best.

About Julia

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in taking music classes! :) Learning about music can be complicated and confusing especially when there are so many courses; different methods available just click away on internet. There are a lot to learn as notation, chords, rhythmical patterns, music terminology, music styles and so on. It is like learning new language could be overwhelming and make many students give up on their dream. Also learning on your own without any step by step instructions, easy- to follow method and goals in mind can make you frustrated and lose your motivation and enthusiasm very fast. With more than 15 years of studying music in Music school, Music college and Conservatory of Music in Kazakhstan as a pianist, vocalist and choir conductor, ...
