About Amanda
Hello everyone! My name is Amanda O., and I am a Harpist, Voice teacher, Therapeutic Musician, Life Coach, Alternative Medicine Practitioner, and Vocalist who has over 21 years of experience as a classical vocalist and performer. By 8 years old, I began training as an opera singer and have merged my love of classical vocals with the therapeutic harp. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Diego State University, with my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and am currently in my graduate program at Chaminade University of Honolulu studying to obtain my Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology. I graduated from the International Harp Therapy Program as a Certified Therapeutic Harp Practitioner and have completed an internship at Apreva Hospice. I have experience playing therapeutic harp music at over 30 different facilities around San Diego, such
as Narzerath House, Bay View, Bella Vista, Monte Vista Village, and La Mesa Health Care Center, as well as making In-Home visits. I also have experience playing therapeutic music at over 20 facilities in Oahu, Hawaii, where I currently reside. These include independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care facilities! I also have experience playing for the actively dying for hospice and consider it an honor to be of musical assistance for people in transition.

I love to teach and can make my harp and voice lessons unique to each individual based on their current skill level. I love watching people expand and grow through music. Your lessons will be engaging, compassionate, fun, and organized! Each lesson will encourage you to become excited about your musical growth and inspire you to continue. I offer something unusual for a harp teacher in that I can teach both improvisation and music theory for the harp. This means that you will get the best of both worlds!

I also have obtained education from the Self-Heal School of Herbal Studies here in San Diego, where I have learned about herbal medicine. I am well versed in many alternative therapies (such as E.F.T., mindfulness meditation, therapeutic music, Ayurvedic medicine, amino acid therapy, etc.) and can provide compassion, understanding, and strategies for alleviating suffering as a Life Coach. My education towards my Master's degree in Psychology also helps me increase my understanding of the human condition and offer additional support for anxiety, depression, addiction, and other stresses. I believe that everyone deserves to live a life of freedom, safety, comfort, and relaxation. I hope to provide loving assistance for anyone seeking someone who cares and will put in the time to truly listen and provide helpful feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and please let me know how I can be of service to you!

About Tamika
Are you tired of letting stress, worry, and fear control you?

Do you want better ways to cope with physical and emotional pain?

I teach private meditation sessions over the phone. Each session is a customized guided meditation experience designed specifically for you and your present needs. Throughout the session, you will learn techniques for the release of old harmful thinking patterns and how to become more present.

Our sessions are for those seeking relief from stress, anxiety, depression, obsessive disorders, chronic illness, and autoimmune disorders. These practices will also benefit those feeling stuck and searching for inner healing. Anyone who feels that they could benefit from a one-on-one experience with attention specific to your needs and questions.

I have an B.A in alternative medicine and have been in this i
ndustry for over 10 years. I am compassionate, empathetic and patient. My life experience is the best I have to offer in that the tools utilized personally saved me.

It's my calling, my life's purpose. I have personally been through a lot in my life and it has really given me an opportunity to experience and connect with people. Without these techniques, I would still be settling for the quiet desperation of simple survival. I must do what I can to help others thrive and overcome stress, depression, and physical and emotional pain.

The type of clients I work with are those who are looking to change their lives in some way but don't really know how to start. I've helped clients reach their goals and sustain a life of empowerment.

After attending sessions with Tamika for over a month, I have rid myself of negative and toxic suppressed memories that has plagued my health for years. I came as a broken, chaotic, and anxious young man. After my first session, I was able to have resolve and peace of a lifetime. I have grown and cultivated a unique 'glow' that is very noticeable in the public. I now live my life in peace and not in broken pieces all because I decided to amplify my spiritual and health well-being with Tamika

About Ricardo
I specialize in realism or realistic pencil drawing. I also draw with pen, which does not allow for mistakes to occur. I start with a blank sheet of paper that eventually develops into a finished piece of art that usually takes about 8 hours of straight drawing. I have won many art awards. I began drawing just like you from a private teacher although it was from a gallery owner for 8 years. I eventually attended Otis Art & Design in Los Angeles where I was told I drew like a senior within my first month in college. I am currently producing art pieces to enter into art galleries and sell prints online.

As we took a childbirth class from Christelle, you might say we took one of the most important classes in our lives from her! We honestly believe if we had not taken her class we would not have had nearly so positive an experience in natural childbirth, so much credit is due to her. Christelle prepared thoroughly for all our lessons, included interesting activities and personal anecdotes. Most importantly, Christelle made it clear that she cared not only about our grasp of the content but also about us as people. That made all the difference.

I am a contemporary art lover teaching people of all ages the joys of making sculptures from various materials. My favorite things to design and make are art toys. We all could use more color and fun on our journey, what better way to bring this about than to create your own functional toys. Everyone can benefit from learning how to take a 2d drawing and turn it into a 3d object. That's what I would love to show you. I have made my classes affordable and welcoming for anyone to join. About Meredith
About five years ago I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder in which your body attacks the villi, or what look like little fingers, in your small intestine that help you absorb nutrients from your food.
Because of this autoimmune disorder whenever I eat wheat, barley, or rye, or something that has come in contact with these things, my body attacks these villi, and let's just say that the results are less than optimal.

As someone who grew up on a steady diet of pasta, finding out that I could no longer have my favorite food was not easy, but neither was dealing the chronic fatigue, hair loss, skin issues, severe stomach pain, etc. that accompanied my disease. So a lifestyle change had to be made. Through my journey learning to go gluten free, I also learned a lot about nutrition, and am a go to
resource for friends and family whenever they are looking to get or stay healthy. I love food - learning about it, cooking it, shopping for it. I also love helping others discover that healthy food can also be tasty. I hope I can be of help to you.

Flip Your World Upside Down: Benefits of Inversion Yoga

Curious about inversion yoga? Learn how to do some of the essential poses in this guest post by San Diego teacher Tiffany V...   We are so used to viewing life from a “right-side-up” perspective, where we soak in the world around us by way of our sensory organs (eyes, ears, nose, and mouth). We process everything upstairs, allowing it all to accumulate to form our point of view, which in turn fuels our decisions, reactions, and movements down to our toes.
