"Wow... Where do I start with Baruk Neko's reiki treatment. It's like bringing a dead flower back to life. At first it was hard to believe and I was fighti
ng because I was unsure what doors he would unlock. It was a 3 day treatment at night a minute meditation where you just lay and then we would talk about everything for a good 30-45 minutes. So close to an hour every night.
Think of being striped naked of all your insecurities and walls you build up around yourself. You are completely vulnerable but in the best way possible. He's always so kind and gentle and supportive through the whole process.
For me the first and second day were the hardest because my body carried a lot of the energy and transformation with me. I had a throbbing headache for two straight days not in the front of my head but in the back lower part of my head. My whole body ached like I was getting a fever or sick. And my right foot killed me. But he assured me this was all normal and part of the process. Energy leaves the body through the feet and hands. It all made sense.
I'm still going through changes. Emotionally it is a rollercoaster. You will feel highs and lows and he will GO THERE with you but very lightly and gently. I feel way more secure and strong it's like I repaired my foundation of life. I'm still working through it all but I recommend everyone to try this at least once in your life. It truly is a SPIRITUAL AWAKENING :)"

"Haley has really been an awesome, supportive teacher for me these past few months. I signed up for a Meditation & Life Coaching combo package during a dar
k time in my life when I was dealing with a lot of stress, depression, and self-defeating thoughts. With her help I learned how to capture those negative thoughts and turn them around to see things from a new perspective. Now I feel so much lighter and finally feel like I have a way to cope with my anxieties. Keep up the great work!"

"Andrea is AWESOME. She is very open minded, good listener, askes great questions, has awesome homework assignments, so I was able to find my own answers
. She came to my house, but can also work on line or on the phone. For me she helped me accomplish goals, as she is a real cheer leader. I needed that.
I highly recommend Andrea, but be careful; you may doing something you always dreamed about, but were afraid to do it."
Are you a singer or speaker who would like a more powerful, authentic voice? My focus is to assist you in finding an easier way to sustain your best posture, breath support, resonance and pitch contro
l by bringing awareness to existing vocal habits while providing a hands-on experience adjusting those habits. My mission is to help you find your most relaxed & elongated posture, breath support, full resonance and best pitch control.
My specialty as a professional voice teacher is Contemporary Commercial Music [CCM] which encompasses genres & sub-genres from Pop, Country, Hip/Hop, Folk, Rock, R&B, Soul, Gospel, EDM [electronic dance music], etc.
I grew up singing freely and naturally until I destroyed my voice thru improper, frequent overuse. I believed my career was over, but it was just starting. Private lessons with vocal professionals coupled with academic studies rebuilt my perception of how I was generating sound and their training gave me back MY VOICE, for which I am forever grateful. I combine knowledge from these studies and my own vocal exploration to re-build my voice in exercises that I share with students of voice.
I CAN HELP YOU REACH YOUR GOALS: My cross-training in dance, yoga, Tai Chi, commercial & improvisational acting provides a well-rounded platform from which to deliver information, guide vocal explorers and also help develop talent.
EXPERIENCE: * 18 years teaching experience * 12 years living & working in Los Angeles * A lifetime of performing experience * 12 years personal private vocal studies master teachers of bel canto & contemporary singing techniques.
LIFE SKILLS: No matter the subject, my focus is also teach skills that can be extrapolated into any area of your life. Life Skills focuses on eradicating negative self-talk and expanding communication skills that help develop confidence, enhancing daily life.
Between performing and my own artistic studies, I have been taking the occasional private voice student since 1997, mostly via referrals from friends and other students. While living in California, one of my voice teachers requested me as her regular substitute at Culver City and Santa Monica Music Schools from 2008-2012, which I felt deeply honored. She said she trusted me with their voices, which encouraged me into full-time voice teaching practice. In June 2012, I returned to Minneapolis and began teaching in my home studio through music services like Take Lessons. Past projects include producing a vocal showcase at The Ritz Theater, musical direction & choreography for a school's 2016 production of the Wizard of Oz; assisting students to prepare for local & national auditions like La Banda, The Voice & American Idol; prepping singers for studio recordings and congratulating a new student who's stepped out of the chorus to land her first lead role!
I am forever grateful to all of my teachers, past and present, for their valuable gifts of knowledge, skill, grace and compassion.
ENJOY LIFE MORE! Singing & dancing improves our quality of life.

I found her personality to be so infectious! And she taught me warmup techniques I have never seen despite being in choir virtually my whole life. I love that she has a dance background and places such an emphasis on knowing your body. I think she's a great human being as well as a gifted teacher, and I highly recommend her!

WHAT ABOUT TEACHING? Everybody wants the best. I believe QUALITY is the most important. Each person is unique and should be treated in a unique way.
What comes first? Question or answer? When we arrive on our first day at school do we have final exams? First the teacher shares some knowledge during class. Depending on the teacher's talent and passion and love for his work the students will learn something. Then only we have exams.
Life is the biggest exam off all. Every day we are being tested. With our family, friends, work. Hopefully wisdom will come out of this process. All we need is a little support to all grow together.
Teaching is a big responsibility. Parents and teachers, it is our duty to teach the best. Let's do our best together. Thank you.

I started learning Farsi when i was a freshman in college. I met my former husband who was from Iran as an exchange student like me. I decided if we were getting married, i needed to learn Farsi for a
happy and peaceful future, especially for the children. Now all three of my children speak Farsi fluently due to my determination. They all thank me that i made it a mission for them to know their father's language! Now i am wanting to do this as a hobby career and give back my gifts to humanity.

We are so used to viewing life from a right-side-up perspective, where we soak in the world around us by way of our sensory organs (eyes, ears, nose, and mouth). We process everything upstairs, allowing it all to accumulate to form our point of view, which in turn fuels our decisions, reactions, and movements down to our toes. Rather than taking the ti …
