I have been teaching beginning and intermediate piano to students, ages 9 and up, since 1991. I primarily use the Faber, "Piano Adventures" series, but do work with those who want to focus more on playing by chords.
I am a professional pianist. I have been teaching piano since 2007. I teach private piano lessons from beginner to advanced level. Style and length of lessons can always be customized depending on students' interest and goal. I started playing piano at the age of 4. I am currently working on my doctoral degree in piano performance and master degree in piano pedagogy at Michigan State University.
