Kayla uses her collegiate level music theory and performance background to educate on a plethora of subjects. However, she clearly communicates beneficial concepts to both children and adults alike.
I highly recommend Kayla both as a peer, and a student. I’ve benefited from her wisdom, and insight throughout the years, and I know you will too.

Once you get more advanced, technical aspects like music theory and how to use it creatively take a more important role in the lessons. For advanced players, I will find your strengths and weaknesses, and we will work on maintaining those strengths while slowly improving on the weaknesses, which may be technical, theoretical or even psychological. If you are more ...

We often get trapped in thinking that we must have the biggest and loudest guitar rig for shows, accompanied by a pedalboard equipped with 30+ pedals. Don’t get me wrong, there is something extremely satisfying about plugging in …
