Experienced piano teacher of 12 years available for eager students of all experience levels and ages! My lessons are a custom fit for each individual. There is no ONE way that everyone learns, and that is why I take the time to create lesson plans that are tailored to each student. Obviously, there are basics that every students needs to know, but beyond that, your personal musical goals will be at the forefront of your lessons with me!

I provide most instructional materials (worksheets, individualized lesson notes, etc.). I rarely use method books, but if a method book is desired, it will need to be provided by the student.

I am a graduate piano performance student and love teaching everyone, who wants to learn play piano! At the same lesson's time I can also teach music theory. I have a lot of teaching experience and can explain the lesson both to beginners and already advanced students. Currently teaching over Zoom!

Get ready for a truly rich and rewarding experience. Maria studied at the Moscow Conservatory with Viktor Merzhanov. She is a 4th-generation pupil of Franz Liszt and 6th-generation of Beethoven. She was one of the fortunate few (Garrick Ohlsson among them) to study with Roberto Eyzaguirre, who was a student and friend of Claudio Arrau, one of the 20th-century's greatest pianists. Arrau studied with Martin Krause, who was one of Franz Liszt's final pupils. Liszt was taught by Carl Czerny. And Beethoven was Czerny's teacher. Through this great lineage, learn an incredible technique that will enable you to play the music of your dreams!

The piano is the king of instruments. Steven B is one of the best instructors out there. He teaches in students’ homes across the United States as easily as in the Coronado Music Studio. For 30 years, he has successfully taught hundreds of students. Provide teaching at all levels. Most ages. Complete beginners are welcome. Classical music is my life passion and I am happy to introduce to my students the best of its piano compositions in styles from Baroque to contemporary. On the example of the chosen repertoire, we learn to define, compare and analyze the structure, harmony, theory and interpretation of classical compositions. Understanding of what was beyond the notes helps my students to discover the world of classical piano in the full aspect.
