I've played dulcimer for many years, mainly in the traditional mountain style of melody plus drone strings. Dulcimer is a wonderful instrument to use to accompany yourself while you sing or just to enjoy playing the old tunes that you loved as a child. It's truly an American instrument!
I'm a retired teacher who has played guitar for over 45 years. I'm a fingerstyle guitarist and perform at weddings and special events. I've taught most styles to all ages. I'm probably not the one to teach your teenager to play heavy metal, however. I do teach fingerpicking, fingerstyle, countr

I began playing violin at the age of 5 at school in Australia and completed my Bachelor and Masters degree at the Conservatorio di Musica in Verona, Italy. During my studies I've had the possibility to learn from some great international Maestros and learn different styles of playing and teaching. My teaching method is flexible depending on the needs and personality of the student as I believe one of the most important parts of learning any instrument is to enjoy the lesson so as the student is looking forward to the next.

Learn Classical Piano or Video Game and Anime Music!
It is my goal to develop in each of my students a comprehensive understanding of music which enables them to play the piano with utmost enjoyment and musicality. Quality piano instruction is achieved through focused private lessons. Although an emphasis is placed on classical repertoire, the student's curriculum is always tailored to the student's interests and goals. I find encouragement is absolutely necessary but students must try their best. My teaching style consists of a fun, relaxed environment where students can feel like they can express themselves fully and learn much at the same time. Mastery at the piano is so much more than learning to press the right keys at the right time. Music is about expressing and sharing human emotions and feelings that are unspoken and is something we can all be touched by.
I've been banging on the piano since I was 3, but piano became more structured when I turned 7 and I've loved piano so much since then! I've been classically trained in the US and then later in Italy so all together I have 17 years piano playing experience. My favorite genre is Modern Japanese Cl

The things students would expect from me in a lesson would be the concept of keeping time with a metronome. Playing grooves that the student enjoys to hear. Using rudiments which would build creativity in the students playing. Exercises that building the strength of the student's wrist . The basic concepts of reading sheet music . And mainly to have fun playing over songs the student loves listening to.

Over the past 12 years, we've given over 3,000,000 lessons to happy customers around the world.
He always had a solid lesson plan each week, teaching me technical skills along with improvisation and music theory. What stood out most was his animated and enthusiastic personality, which made me look forward to lessons each week. He taught using a very Socratic method, guiding me along much of the complications of music theory and allowed me to gain my own understanding of musical concepts.
Bobby was easy to communicate with and very willing to help expand my playing in whatever interest I had at the time. I highly recommend lessons with him."
My daughter's singing ability & passion for practice have blossomed under Julie's guidance. We really are so happy someone in our community recommended her to us!"
He's been a great teacher, I've learned a lot of fun songs. I'm learning to play the banjo, this is the dirt instrument I've learned and I've had a lot of fun learning thank you Glen!"
I have been taking Guitar and Ukulele lessons from Eric for over a year and a half and couldn't be happier! I am an adult student with a very busy and at times hectic life. I started taking guitar lessons with Eric as a way to relax and learn music which I love. I received a set of lessons as a birthday gift, I have truly enjoyed the lessons and Eric's teaching style ever since.
Eric has a calm demeanor and is very knowledgeable in his craft. He is patient beyond his years and is very focused and in tuned with his students. I find myself getting better with every practice and lesson due to Eric's teaching ability. He knows how to motivate and bring out the hidden talents in his students, which is extremely impressive.
Eric teaches in a comfortable and non-threatening environment. He is calm, confident and patient with his students. He understands that each student is an individual and makes the needed adjustments that benefit that student. It's obvious that Eric loves what he does and it shows in his teaching and attitude. He is upbeat and positive which makes learning from him very easy.
I have spent most of my adult life as a trainer/instructor. Eric is a great example of a teacher who knows what he is doing and cares about the progress of the student. Eric is the ideal teacher if you are interested in learning and appreciate music."
He plays beautifully and I am exited to learn what he can teach me
