Kelly is a very friendly, skillful and patient teacher. I was very nervous to take my first flute lesson as an adult. However Kelly being a professional, she eased any nervousness that I had and gave me the confidence that I needed. I have learned so much and I cannot recommend her enough! Zachary has been a fantastic instructor for my son who is new to the trumpet and has never taken lessons before. Zachary is a very encouraging teacher, and he communicates very well regarding scheduling. He has also kept lessons fresh and interesting for my fifth grader, sometimes bringing different instruments and teaching tools that keep my son engaged. Highly recommended!
Max
Zac taught me how to properly perform an aria in front of a whole lot of important people that I was stressed about. He gave me some excellent pointers on how to work with a pianist. His knowledge of music and his experience in performance has certainly shaped the way I perceive my own performances ever since that lesson.

I customize my lessons to every students interest and needs. While doing that setting a strong foundation in theory and technique. Theory is important in the ability to communicate to other musicians, or if the students changes instruments they already know the "lingo". My style of teaching is goofy but focused, and arranged for the best possible chance for success whatever the goals are for the student. Goals are important for anything in life we do and we will have them in our lessons.

About Marcus

I grew up along the Eastern Coast of the United States. Grew up singing in choir and ensembles, which helped to shape my love of music. At the age of 15 I received my first guitar, and studied under the best teachers I could find in my area, while also studying music theory. I moved to Nashville, T

"Heidi is a fantastic music teacher. My daughter has been with many music teachers. Heidi is her most favorite. Heidi has demonstrated extraordinary initiative, creativity and insight in the planning and implementation of lessons. Based on my daughter's individual needs, she responds by making appropriate adjustments in her instruction.

Heidi uses skype to teach and also uses it to communicate with us that makes us feel she is always there. She always responses to our questions.

She created a fun chart for my daughter for day to day practice assignments that helps my daughter to keep on track of her practice and she is eager practice and ill the chart. She also upload the videos and audios to help my daughter day-to-day practice.

Thank you Heidi!"
