Hello- I believe stretching your whole body everyday is so crucial even if you only stretch for 5 minutes a day. As we get older we loose flexibility throughout our entire bodies. Stretching helps people let go of tension they hold in their bodies throughout the day. If a person is disciplined enough and stretches throughout the week eventually they will notice they have more flexibility and fluidity in their entire body. I would love for you to come do a Total Stretch with me of your entire body whenever you can- You will feel much better, less chance of pulling muscles through out your body and your overall posture will improve.
