The goal is to get my students playing with proper technique, so that this will carry on throughout their career and playing of the instrument. After getting some sounds out of the instrument and having decent technique, students will be assigned 1-2 songs to work on each lesson. It is the learning of music on one's own, that I believe, truly challenges the student to continue to apply information given in lessons.

Welcome! My goal is to offer students a clarinet lesson course which builds short- and long-term plans for improvement, a life-long appreciation for music, as well as patience and a work ethic that will be as valuable in music as it is in all other aspects of life. I believe that a weekly lesson is only a starting point for anyone seeking improvement in the musical craft, which is why I am building my approach to make myself accessible daily to guide and streamline the learning process. My instruction always keeps the focus on the excitement of music-making, while also placing a strong emphasis on fundamentals, which equip the student to approach and tackle their favorite styles of music.
About Tiberiu
Hello! I am an active teacher and performer, and specialize in solo, chamber, orchestral, and other ensemble repertoire. Every lesson that I teach is tailored specifically to each of my students' needs, focusing on areas of playing that need improvement and music that inspires rather than trying
