Abstract Painting Lessons in Seminole. Amazing Teachers.

Become the artist you always wanted to be! Whether you are an aspiring artist, a total beginner, a teen building a competitive portfolio, a kid who just loves art, or someone who's always wanted to learn to paint, I will help you develop your technical skills and find your voice as an artist! In our lessons, you will paint from life, exploring composition, concept, and mood through creative assignments. You will train your eye as you paint still lives, landscapes, portraits, figures, abstractions, and beyond! I will show you examples of historical and contemporary painting as we practice a range of techniques. You will gain confidence through practice and experimentation as you work towards developing your own style as an artist! And most importantly, you’ll have fun! I can’t wait to work with you!

I want you to BE FREE! and be creative! I will help you have a creative goal and we will figure out a way to get you there! Either in 1 lesson or lots of lessons, there should always be a direction. I have many years of teaching art, sewing and technology to adults and children I want you to have fun and enjoy your experience and help you find your creative and artistic side....it's in there I promise!

I can teach all levels of Abstract painting. With my instruction student will learn not only abstract painting but the history of Abstract painting as well.

I have taught over 500 students how to paint. Each painting lesson is tailored to your interest and where you want to develop skill. My schooling background is in figure painting, modern painting techniques, color theory and composition. I have been trained by masterful painters from all over the world and look forward to sharing all that I have learned with you.

I took 4 years of art, with all types of painting in high school.

Mr. Eric Son received his BFA in Entertainment Arts and Secondary Teaching Credential from California State University, Fullerton. For 15 years, he has taught high school students in Southern California. He has taught a variety of art classes such as studio art, graphic design, animation, video game design, digital photo, and video production classes. Before teaching, Mr. Son worked in the animation industry for Mike Young Productions in Woodland Hills. They produced PBS and morning cartoon shows including Bratz, Pet Alien, Doggy Day Care, Todds World, and many more. During his spare time, Mr. Son freelances for creative graphic companies and creates abstract paintings. His hobbies and interests include drawing and painting, exploring new places to eat, working out, sports, video games, and traveling.
