My daughter Kimona is 13 years old and before being introduced to the piano by Martina has never truly found something to be passionate about. I have seen my amazing young daughter flourish through notes of music and express her creativity through learning to play the piano. Initially as a mom I did not think at this age that my daughter would grasp the concepts and enjoy learning music however, through working with Martina weekly Kimona has flourished. I thank you Martina for opening our eyes that we all have the ability to learn and enjoy such a beautiful art.
Jasmine
My daughter and I have both experienced so much growth while beginning Piano lessons with Martina. My daughter is 5 and she leaves class with a song in mind. While driving in the car she is using her fingers and identifying keys as if she is on the piano. I can’t thank you enough Martina for this wonderful learning journey. Your patience and willingness to go above and beyond for both of us has been astounding. I have to say we both look forward to the challenges and fun you have ahead for us weekly.

My daughter has done very well, she has learned so much in just 2 lessons. Martina you're an awesome instructor. Thank you

Experienced Piano teacher of 5 years available for eager students of all experience levels and ages! I structure my lessons so students learn what they want to learn, while also building a strong foundation in their piano skills. I specialize in classical, gentle, and theatrical music. I typically use the Faber Piano Adventures series for beginning and some intermediate students, however I will choose a curriculum that fits the student. I supplement the series with works by classical composers or music theme songs from TV shows, Disney movies, or Broadway shows. I also have the following tools available to use during lessons: pianos, sheet music, and more.

About Rebekah

A graduate from College of the Ozarks, Rebekah earned her Music Theory and Composition Degree in May of 2018 and her Piano Pedagogy Certificate in the Fall of 2017. Since 2012, Rebekah has taught many students of all age groups. Her favorite part about teaching students of any age, is watching

No one is more organized than Rebekah. We loved her as our children's face-to-face instructor, and were worried that switching to online lessons would prove hectic and confusing for our children, but not so with Rebekah. Moreover, she combines flexibility with rigorous standards in a way we didn't think possible. She is an ideal teacher.
Andrew L.
She is unable to fully explain musical concepts. She plays to demonstrate these concepts very seldom. This lesson was the best so far, since she allowed me to play what I wanted to work on, but she seems to lack the ear to quickly understand each part. Her advice is limited in scope and usually vague.

I believe the role of a teacher is to provide a framework or organized system of progress for his/her student. A teacher is not simply someone who orders and dictates; but someone who can stimulate their student’s growth in whatever their field of study is. They help students to progress quickly by pointing out areas of weakness and what to focus on. I believe that learning is both an internal and communal process. Every living being has the potential to learn to do amazing things or acquire incredible skills. However, to learn something means to make it apart of oneself. The irony is that without having someone to play with and truly experience the music making process, the musician will never internalize what he or she is learning. I provide my students with a sense companionship as well as instruction throughout their learning endeavors. The direction of my teaching depends on the goals of the student. Music and art can be valuable to anyone interested in learning. My ...

Each lesson will focus on the fundamentals of flute playing (breathing, posture, tone color, technique, and articulation). We also delve into the theory and history behind the music they study. Depending on the level of the student, each of these aspects are adhered to on a different level. As I have found the majority of flute development happens during their individual practice at home, I also focus time on the art of practicing, that way the student can develop this essential habit.

About Alessandra

Hello! Alessandra here, and I am looking forward to teaching you. Having 10 years teaching experience, you could say that education is my forte (as is music). Alessandra is one of the most empathetic and patient people I know, qualities many teachers waver on. Additionally, she has great experience both teaching and preforming. She is a very well-rounded person that inspires her students and makes them feel at home. I would strongly recommend her to anyone!
Laura
Alessandra has helped develop and strengthen my love and passion for the flute. She has extended my knowledge and ability which has encouraged me to pursue a career in music. She has always been willing to help, going above and beyond in assisting me to achieve my best results for performances and examinations. Alessandra always made her lessons productive and enjoyable.
Sruthi
Alessandra is a very patient and a lovely teacher, who understands her students' learning styles and needs, and customises their lessons accordingly. I am very grateful for having had her as my flute teacher (coming from a background with zero knowledge of music). I would definitely recommend her for a teacher. I can assure that you can't go wrong in choosing her as your music teacher. :)

"In the last few months, I have progressed considerably. Bill helped me be more confident on my playing, and to rely on sheet music rather than memorization, which was what I used to do. This in turn allowed me to learn many pieces in parallel, and be exposed different types of pieces. He also helped me learn an anime song that I wanted to learn despite it being slightly out of reach for my level."

"I was honestly speechless during my first lesson! Daniel G is the person I have been looking for in a long time. Daniel G is a great teacher! He has such a powerful and controlled voice and what a great personable guy! I just recorded a song tonight and I can already hear and feel a difference. After my voice changed, I kept getting frustrated trying to find the right teacher. I actually think I learned and improved more from my first lesson with Daniel than weeks with others. I'm almost hesitant to write this review in fear Daniel will have less time with me. 8-)"

"professional, intuitive and skilled

I just wanted to take a moment to write a short note of praise for voice instructor Marty Wilson.

Marty took me under her wing for a crash course audition preparation, with just one week to prepare! Marty was the perfect instructor for this task... She provided coaching on stage presence, proper mic usage, non-vocal communication, and stress management, that I would have been completely lost without. She kept me focused on the task at hand, and was extremely insightful in feedback and instruction. She even took the time to email me some helpful video and instruction links to supplement our lessons that further prepared me for my audition.

I would highly recommend Marty for anyone seeking a vocal coach.

Thanks!
