Alayne was an absolutely amazing vocal instructor! I needed her to help me prepare for an audition and she helped me immensely! She is able to explain things in a way that is very easy to grasp, she truly improves the way you sing. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor!

My son experienced a huge improvement with his singing after only one lesson. He can't wait to come back for his next lesson - thank you Alayne!
The act of singing changes the chemistry of our bodies! A team of German scientists have found that vocalizing spurs the production of oxytocin, a hormone commonly referred to as the "love" molecule. Oxytocin is known to heighten happiness, well-being, trust and reduce stress and anxiety. We will practice breathing exercises (pranayama) to increase breath capacity and control. You will learn techniques to smooth the break (passagio) to sing with a connected tone. You will know how to engage the "yawning" muscles (soft palate, mylohyoid, sternohyoid, thyrohyoid) to maximize resonance. We will practice exercises to relax the tongue and jaw to belt high notes effortlessly. Developing "middle voice" will extend our vocal range and eliminate strain and fatigue. We will choose repertoire that highlights your vocal strengths and discuss stage presence and expression through song. I highly recommend "The New Voice" by Alan Greene.
"To play wrong notes is insignificant. To play without passion is inexcusable." - Beethoven
I was five years old when I discovered my singing voice. My youthful curiosity soon blossomed into a passion for musical expression through voice, violin, piano, and guitar. My mission is to share the musical exploration that has enriched my life by fostering my students' desires to express themselves through music.
As a teacher, I focus equally on formal technique and artistic expression. Mastering correct form provides the foundation upon which a student’s capacity for the latter may grow. Techniques used during lessons are designed to develop a holistic understanding of music through aural, visual, and tactile cues. These include ear training, sight-reading, improvisation and using visualization to navigate the instrument. Progress is e
valuated by developing a set of goals specific to each student. I find that allowing students input in originating goals facilitates a cooperative learning environment and allows me to tailor lessons to a student's interests, strengths and learning preferences. Providing students with a plan to succeed inspires a drive to learn and sense of achievement. I encourage students to play their instruments daily. Through consistent practice, students will benefit from increased discipline, patience, creativity and self-esteem. Students are rewarded with the chance to share what they've learned at recitals held biannually. For the duration of our lesson, my students are in a private, nurturing zone of free expression. Join me in an exploration of personal talent and creativity!
Nicole has performed with the Rollins College Bach Festival Society Orchestra, under the direction of Dr. John V. Sinclair. She has also performed with the Florida Space Coast Philharmonic under the direction of Dr. Candler Schaffer. She is experienced as a session musician, recording vocals and violin at Wright Entertainment Group Studios (Justin Timberlake) with producer Will Baker (India Arie, Pink). She has performed as a soloist at the White House, Bob Carr Performing Arts Center, Amway Arena, and Hard Rock Live.
Nicole holds Bachelor of Arts degrees (with honors) in Music and Anthropology, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Rollins College. A member of the Honors Program (top 2%), and one of nine Cornell Scholars in her graduating class, she is very grateful to have been awarded a full academic scholarship. Nicole pursued concentrations in Violin and Vocal Performance, as well as Ethnomusicology. Nicole served as co-concertmaster of the Rollins College Orchestra and String Ensemble for three, consecutive years, under the direction of Dr. John V. Sinclair. She was featured at Christmas Vesper services in a solo performance of Winter (The Four Seasons) by Vivaldi, at the Knowles Memorial Chapel. Nicole has studied violin with Joni Roos and Alvaro Gomez, protege of David Oistrakh. She has performed as a soloist with the Rollins College Gospel and Concert Choirs and studied vocal pedagogy and performance with Dr. Edmund Leroy and Dr. Lori Lovell. At Rollins, Nicole studied piano with Dr. Gloria Cook and enjoys playing classical, jazz, and Latin styles. Nicole has studied classical guitar for seven years and especially enjoys playing Latin American folk music and flamenco. Nicole pursued her love of world music in publishing her senior honors thesis, “Cultural Fusion of Music Constructs: A Look at Hybrid World Styles,” analyzing the effects of globalization on traditional, ethnic musics. She has published research in the Rollins Undergraduate Research Journal, where she also served as Music and Anthropology Editor for three years.
Nicole is a great teacher. She keeps the lessons light, interesting, and kind of silly. My son enjoys her unique way of teaching, and I am impressed by her depth of knowledge and understanding, as well as her talent. Would highly recommend.

Teacher good but company awful. They keep contacting me instead of my husband who is the one taking the lessons. I give them his number and I have asked perhaps 5 times that they contact him direct but they seem unable to follow a simple instruction. I am now blocking them to get some peace.
Broadway singing is a fun and exciting way to exercise your voice. In our lessons you will learn how to access head and chest voice, how to use vocal effects to convey emotion, as well as learning about concepts such as belting and body language for singers.
***Prospective students, please note: My availability is very limited as I have a full studio of students! Please check my availability calendar before signing up for lessons. Thanks!***
My first priority is instilling a love for the arts into any student I teach. No matter what the skill level is, I want my students to love music and learning. I believe in setting the students up for success while also challenging them to be their best. My experience as a classroom teacher is useful in helping me understand different types of students and cater to their individual needs and learning styles. I have experience teaching both private piano and voice, as well as experience in putting together recitals and stage shows. I have a degree in music from the University of Central Florida, which has allowed me to receive diverse ty
pes of musical education as well as hands-on experience in teaching methods. A student of mine will not only learn techniques specific to their instrument, but also a more broad range of music theory and performance knowledge which will apply to any other musical endeavor they may wish to pursue.
*** Lesson Details *** I offer a relaxed environment where students will be given new challenges and information without feeling pressured or stressed out. I want to make learning fun while also giving them a firm grasp on the techniques and practices. I use a variety of music books and series such as Piano Adventures, but I also like to find out what type of music the student is interested in playing and cater the curriculum to their needs. After the first set of piano lessons, most of my students will know the basics of reading music/music theory and basic practice techniques. After a few months, they will be able to read and play a piece of music on their own. Depending on the level of skill and hard work, students can progress quickly and they will love showing off their new skills to their friends and families. In voice lessons, students have an opportunity to focus on their personal goals while being guided toward healthy singing habits and optimal tone. Students can work with me to choose their own repertoire, and we use primarily karaoke tracks so that I can focus on the vocals and pinpoint problematic areas. Performance opportunities and recitals are given at least semi-annually, so that students can be given a chance to show off their new skills! Our annual formal recital is also a benefit to raise money for various children's charities. We also have a studio channel where student performances are posted regularly!
*** Travel Equipment *** I can provide a keyboard if necessary for the first lesson, but all piano students will be expected to own their own keyboard or piano within the first month of lessons. I buy method books for students and expect reimbursement, but this is a minimal expense. I provide many pieces of sheet music, folders, and additional teaching materials free of charge.
*** Specialties *** "Head voice" singing for children, sight reading practices for piano, Broadway singing and performance, opera singing and performance
With over 10 years of teaching experience, and 25 years of performance experience, you're in capable hands to learn it all from the basics to the classics! I have a bachelor's degree in music, and a certification in Contemporary Commercial Music.
With a degree in classical voice and over 10 years of teaching experience, I can help you reach your musical goals! Using proven methods, you can learn the techniques necessary to sing like the pros or make the ivory keys of your piano dance!
My teaching style would be best described as fun and flexible. I'm a total stickler for proper technique and classical learning theory, but I also give my students the power to choose what repertoire they work on. I often tell my pupils, "I don't really care what you're playing or singing, as long as you focus on the fundamentals learned in lessons". I believe students will practice music they like, so I encourage them to pick songs they enjoy hearing. The concept that purposeful learning can be achieved using almost any repertoire is at the core of my teaching philosophy.
For me Rebekah was exactly what I needed in a singing teacher. I have been taking lessons with her weekly for over a year and a half and the improvement in my singing ability continues. Rebekah is friendly but no nonsense and put to rest a lot of preconceived notions I had about how to sing. She had endless exercises and drills for me and allowed me to pick my own material. She encouraged me to take risks but also cut me no slack if I was falling short. I would say her lessons were like having a Zen Master as many of her teachings went right over my head until over time when there would be another "Ohhhh now I get it" moment. Rebekah would always build on my previous knowledge in improving my abilities and my understanding of what my body is actually doing as I sing. I've seen her work with all ages and levels of students and I think she is uniquely talented and I feel very lucky to have found her. So if you're looking for an awesome voice instructor this wannabe rock star gives Rebekah P. his highest recommendation. - John Hauser

Rebekah is very professional and have tons of patience with her students. Definetly improves the way I sing and the way I prepare for songs.
1. Zack guarantees progress in these 5 concepts of singing: -range (how high and low a vocalist can sing) -power (how impactful a vocalist can sound while maintaining healthy and sustainable technique) -stamina (how long a vocalist can sing with tiring or fatiguing AND ho long a vocalist can hold an individual note/phrase out without taking a breath) -freedom (removing detrimental tension and strain from the voice and body) -artistry (a vocalist's ability to effectively and authentically sing in any genre)
2. Zack uses a professional recording studio to enhance/monitor student progress and gives student's fully mastered/mixed recordings of the songs they work on in lessons!

Fantastic teacher! Very patient and completely eased my fears.
August 20, 2019
I'll never forget the first time I heard Rob sing. I melted. His voice is all openness, purity and shimmer. He is a sensitive musician who brings a wealth of experience, training, and a lifelong passion for music to every song he sings and every singer he guides. I have been lucky enough to sing with Rob many times and I learn from him each time we join our voices. A master of phrasing, storytelling and breath, Rob is an ideal teacher for students at any level seeking to hone their technique and artistry.
Everyone can sing! Broadway has some of the most fun and catchy music of all time — and it's even more fun to sing it!
I teach primarily beginning and intermediate students. If you have never sung before and think you can't because you're tone deaf or can't carry a tune, I challenge you to try a couple of lessons! You'll be singing in no time!
Broadway singing lessons focus more on a contemporary Broadway sound as opposed to a more classical sound. I welcome all singers, whether you're interested in learning to sing your favorite songs, or looking to prepare for your next audition!
Thanks for stopping by!
I'm Michael, and I live and work in the Orlando area. I’ve been teaching piano for almost 4 years and have been studying and playing for 20 years. Throughout my life, I’ve always been passionate about music and have been involved in dozens of piano competitions, choirs, theatre shows, and more! Music is a part of my life every day, whether I’m singing to myself in the car or listening to some of my favorite Disney music.
Outside of teaching, I work in product development at a K-12 education technology company — I am passionate about learning and education! I'm always looking to sharpen and hone my teaching skills to adapt to each student and ensure their success. I teach because I love seeing my students grow and accomplish things they thought they’d never do.
In my free time, I love talking walks, going t
o Disney and Universal, reading, baking, and learning new languages. I studied linguistics in college and am a total language nerd! In college I spent most of my time competing with my school’s ballroom dance team where my dance partner and I were nationally ranked. I also have a background in technology and computer science and have a love of all things tech.
See below for some more information on piano, ballroom, and voice lessons.
If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message. I look forward to connecting!
I am passionate about teaching others music in a way that reaches them. Each person is different and has different needs when entering music lessons. I specialize in teaching voice, and have experience in classical, musical theater, and Jazz performance. I would love the opportunity to get to work with you, and help you to grow as a musician!
Hi my name is Hailey! I love to sing and absolutely love sharing the gift of music with others. I began to sing and write songs when I was very young. As I got older I pursued my passion of music and have developed my voice and song writing abilities with the help of many amazing teachers. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in vocal performance, and have taken numerous courses in music including Vocal Pedagogy, Singing Diction, Vocal Literature, Music Theory, Music History, Song Writing, and Keyboard Harmony. If you would like to learn proper singing technique, while having fun expressing yourself, please contact me to help you!
Hailey is also a great great teacher, willing to pinpoint my strengths and weaknesses, highlight the strengths and then gently promote the weaknesses to help me be a better singer. Which is saying a tremendous amount, because my musical acumen/confidence/ability was a lot lower 2 months ago than it is now that I have worked with Hailey since then. Thanks!

Hailey has been the perfect piano teacher for our 10 year old daughter. She chooses songs, such as Disney music, that excite my daughter to learn, she establishes a structured practice schedule so my daughter makes practice part of her week, and most importantly she cares about her students and gets to know them as a person not just a piano student. My daughter looks forward to her piano lessons each week and we've seen great progress!
Patricia is an amazing teacher. She is patient, kind and extremely knowledgable when it comes to music. My daughter is l
earning so much and loves going to her lessons every week. We were so lucky to have discovered Patricia!"

"I thought as a theatre teacher that I didn't have much more to learn. I was wrong. Vandi has given me the confidence to sing. I hid in the altos for years
and she helped me find the wider range I was seeking. She includes great visualizations in her lessons which helps a visual learner like me. I have the confidence to trust my breath and sing in ways I never thought possible. She is a wonderful teacher. Take lessons from her!"
Serena worked with my daughter for a few critical months when she was working on her lead role for the school musical. My daughter enjoy
ed working with her. She has outstanding professionalism not only when working with my daughter but also working with me on her scheduling. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for online singing lessons."
"Sandra is my 5 year old daughter's singing/acting/piano instructor. We have been going to Sandra for the past 6 months and I am astounded at my daughter's
progress! Sandra's level of patience and her ability to teach while making it fun has helped my daughter tremendously! She has more confidence and she is more controlled with her voice. She has also learned to express what she is singing about through facial expressions. Sandra's guidance has given my daughter an advantage in her endeavors. I would highly recommend Sandra to anyone!"
"Awesome teacher! Has really helped me improve so far."
"You can tell she is experienced, and knows what she is doing. She's very willing to work with you at whatever level, and help you achieve your goals"
