Clarinet Lessons in Holmes Beach. Amazing Teachers.

Experienced Music teacher of 8 years available for eager students of all experience levels and ages! I structure my lessons so students learn what they want to learn, while also building a strong foundation of their instrument and theory skills. I specialize in all styles. Typically, I use a variety of method books to pick from to meet the needs of the students. I also have many tools available to use during lessons.
My students have gone on to NYSSMA and on to college auditions successfully!

I can teach what you need to know from band class, playing church to performing that big audition. Improvisation and Dixieland as well.

I can help beginner kids become better acquainted with the Bb clarinet and help them get used to playing a wind instrument for the first time. I can work with beginners on articulation, fingerings, embouchure, breath support, and demonstrate proper cleaning for the instrument and the names of the parts. I'll also work on beginner music with them from method books to help them get used to reading Bb Clarinet music.

I believe in a fun and safe learning environment, and my goal as a teacher is to have the student leave the lesson feeling inspired, encouraged, and connected. I was touched by music at a young age, and it remains to be the most amazing, and the most positive force in my life, and it's been truly rewarding to be able to share this magic with aspiring musicians.
Throughout the years, I helped many of my students develop a strong bond with music. Many of them have succeeded in school ensembles and became award winning soloists.
Upon graduating from high school, some have moved on to pursue music in college and beyond, while some of them continue to enjoy playing as a hobby : )
