Bassoon Lessons in Hollywood. Amazing Teachers.

Want to be able to read music? Interested in being able to pick up your bassoon and play your favorite pop songs? Want to impress your family and friends with some flashy classical pieces? Well look no further, I will help you build a solid foundation of music theory, sight-reading, ear training, and technique while tailoring to your personal needs and goals. All ages and genres are welcome, my only rule is to have fun, so let's get started.

Lesson content depends on the individual student, as I structure our time together depending on individual needs. Lessons can be relaxed or fast-paced, depending on what you desire to get from them.
All lessons include some combination of warm-up, scales and basic exercises, and solo literature appropriate to level. For more advanced students, we will discuss basic theory and ear training.

I teach my students to be excellent musicians through and through. As bassoonists we get to learn how to be the foundation of an ensemble and so much more!

Experienced Bassoon teacher of 7 years, I've worked extensively with beginner, intermediate, and advanced students of all ages. Whether you're a beginning band student, enthusiastic amateur, or have hopes of pursuing bassoon professionally, I can offer fun, challenging, and productive private instruction. I can supply reeds and/or teach reedmaking. Let's get started!
