I offer a varied curriculum for all my students. Teaching students music they're interested allows me to make learning the guitar fun while stressing the importance of the fundamentals.

I like to show my students how the guitar can be a small orchestra. The possibilities of sounds and colors that it can provide is unknown to other instruments and that is what makes it so great. Unlike the piano where a small hammer hits the strings or the violin where the bow frictions them, we have to produce the entire sound on the guitar with our own hands. The process is more personal and, even though it can be harsh at times, it is always satisfying. I also try to bring a more creative part of music when studying the instrument, which keeps classes more dynamic and interesting. I bring my own experiences so that the students can relate in different levels of difficulty.

With six years of guitar playing and performing experience, Liz loves to share her knowledge of folk, reggae, rock, and pop style playing. She also loves to teach the theory behind the fretboard and how it relates to the Western scale.

Hi there. I'm Andrew. I have been teaching for about 10 years now and it has become one of the things I truly love to do. When I am not writing, reading, gigging, touring, or recording, I love to teach people the things that have made my life so colorful.

The lessons will be customized to fit your learning style, your speed, and your taste. Since this is true, we will be learning the songs you have always wanted to play. We will be breaking down the songs components. We will be analyzing the theory behind it and on the way you will learn how to read music.
I have helped transform people into musicians for about 7 years. I was a professional musician for a number of years, so I will past on the tricks of the trade.
