I am a Masters Degreed Educator who has been teaching for over 20+ years. I can provide you with lessons on proper technique, music theory, chords, scales, songwriting, and more. I currently teach with Guitar Center/Music Arts in the local area but I am looking for more students to fill out my schedule.

My goal as a teacher is to help my students play music and achieve their individual goals while getting the best possible sound from the guitar. After a musical foundation is established, I have found that technique is learned best when in tandem with repertoire that supports it. While I encourage my students to explore various and any genres of music, I do request that my students are open to learning technique as it equips the student with the skills necessary to tackle any genre of music.
