I teach you to be a musician, not just an instrumentalist. There is a huge difference. I give you material to learn while doing my best to make it fun as well. I teach you the basics and build on that foundation. You can learn the material as fast or as slow as you want. However, it is not a canned approach because every student is unique and your learning styles reflect that. My goal is your success, truly!

About Jerry

My name is Jerry. I LOVE music and passing my knowledge on to others. I have played many different instruments in many different kinds of bands/groups. They all had one major thing in common, it was FUN! If you are not enjoying learning an instrument you won't want to learn. Lessons can be fun AND

Jerry is a wonderful instructor. I wasn’t sure how online lessons would go but they have been seamless and fun and my son is making progress with the bugle. I would highly recommend this format and this teacher. The convenience and quality of instruction are excellent. We are signing up for more lessons and may move on to another instrument once my son feels confident on the bugle.

Music theory can seem intimidating, but it doesn't have to be.
My students can expect simple, down-to-earth music theory guidance.

About Greg

For the last thirty years, from the day that I got my first electric as a teenager, to my work today as an acoustic guitarist for the band, Timberwood, and currently as a teacher of more than forty students a week, my life has been devoted to the guitar. I'm an experienced veteran of the meta

My son was given a guitar by a family member and showed variable interest until Greg started to teach him - Greg has woven elements of what my son needs to learn to improve with how these elements are used by some of the biggest and best guitarists ever and really changed practice from being a chore to something that can be fun. This is the way Greg said he would teach and he’s sticking very much to it! A great instructor that my son really enjoys going to - thanks Greg!!

I was very impressed, satisfied and happy about my guitar lessons with Greg.
I'm German and booked just 5 lessons due to travel reasons. There was very vage input from me to Greg when we started (I always play the same; want to get new ideas; ...). Greg did not just provide a regular standard lesson. He focused and addressed 100%+ my desires and needs. Greg provided me very conrete and great input in several aspects to what I can do to improve my guitar playing. This was very useful to me and enabled me to move my guitar play forward. I highly recommend Greg to anybody.
Janice D.
Greg is a great teacher! In just 4 months, I have learned so much about music theory, basic chords and history of guitar. He packs a lot of info in one lesson. He is patient and encouraging. He has exposed me to many artists who play guitar. He gives me good tips on how to form the chords easier. Greg makes learning to play guitar FUN!

I can teach finger picking, sight reading, songs, and reading tab. Acoustic guitar is a wonderful way to start learning to play the guitar because you learn how to make the sounds naturally with the instrument.

For college or conservatory auditions on any performance instrument, this is much less of lessons and much more of coaching. I specialize in stringed instruments, but I coach any performance including wind, brass, percussion and voice.

About Jamie

I am a classically trained cellist with 20 Years experience. I studied under Charles Forbes and Roberto Pace at the Settlement Music School, and Eugene Friesen at Berklee College of Music. As a bass guitarist, I have 15 years of experience playing fingerstyle and recording/performing a wide range o

I am continuing to study cello with Jamie and I am much further along than I anticipated. I also study piano, so I am not a traditional beginner cello student. Jaime is able to fine tune my lessons to take this into account and build on it. He is very knowledgeable about proper technique as well as music theory. I would recommend him without reservation for all abilities and ages.

Jamie worked with me when I was trying to pick up cello after not playing since high school. He is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. He's very good at identifying problems with technique and suggesting approaches to fix them, and fun to work with.

Darrell helped me a lot to get a handle on my Ableton rig. I needed to set up midi tracks, locate presets to create cool sounds from plugins. Then I needed to export the audio of a couple of those tracks to import into a separate Pro Tools project. Lot of progress, thanks Darrell! -- Frank S

I have known Jake for several years and have worked with him as a singer on many occasions. He is a consummate professional and takes the voice and musicality very seriously while still bringing his joy and passion into everything he does.
