Rhythm guitar, picking patterns and reading notes on the guitar are all taught.

About Kathryn

Kathy believes that variety is the spice of not only life, but also music. Raised singing folk music with a musical family (think accordions, guitars and lots of vocal harmonies), she learned guitar and piano at an early age, but began singing even earlier. Her quest to give the world the best

Amazing!!! A bright, joyful light!

My experience with Kathy has been great. It's been roughly five months and I learned a lot and I'm also much more confident to sing. Learning the right techniques is crucial. Kathy is extremely patient and she adapts the classes to the student goals and aspirations. English is not my first language and she was also always very respectful and patient in explaining everything twice or maybe three times until I get it.
Kathleen
Kathryn has a terrific demeanor, and provides clear, thoughtful suggestions for technique!

"I enjoy my class every time I go. Rebecca is a fun teacher, even though she keeps me focused. We are always thinking outside the box on how to make class better for me personally. I like that she is flexible and cares about how I learn. One of the things I appreciate most is that she points out what I do well and what I should improve in, whereas some of my teachers in the past only focus on one or the other."

"I was a little skeptical about signing up at first because this was the first time I would be doing online acting classes. After the first 5 mins with coach weeks I knew then that I made the right choice. He’s very personable and finds a way to relate the topic or situation directly for you. The one thing I know is that if a person can teach online or a classroom won’t matter and Mr Weeks has what you are looking for. Awesome teacher"

She knows her stuff!"

Acting Tips: What's in your Toolbox?

I usually start classes or lessons by asking my new students or clients what they think these tools might be. Sometimes, the answer is very literal ("Script!"), and other times abstract ("Passion!"). None of these is a wrong answer. Being an actor or artist is subjective and everyone's process is different and valid. But t …
