I'm a professional singer with over 20 years of experience. I've been teaching voice for many years based on methods and education that I've acquired in New York City, London and Tel Aviv!

I've travelled and performed in over 50 countries and 5 continents and featured in venues like Lincoln Center and Radio City. I teach Pop singers, Broadway singers and also Singer-Songwriters. I also teach audition prep, acting through a song and mic technique.

Whether you're just starting to find your voice or you're ready to take over the world, I'm here to help you do it!

For online lessons- We will concentrate on building your singing technique through breathing, keeping a good posture and maintaining support in order to get those beautiful notes out while protecting your vocal cords.

Hi, there!

My name is Sarah-Kate, and I have been teaching vocal lessons for many years. My goal is to make learning fun and productive. I know that singing in front of someone can cause anxiety, so I aim to make my lessons as laid-back and stress-free as possible (while still learning!). I tell my students that their lessons are a "judgement-free zone."

I teach proper singing technique (including breathing, posture, tonality, etc.) and how to read music if the student doesn't already know. The styles I teach run the gamut from pop to musical theater to classical. Especially for younger/beginning students, I like to let them choose what they'd like to sing (while offering guidance if necessary).

I have taught people from age five up through adults. Whether you want to be the next American Idol or just sound better in the shower, I'm your teacher!

The voice is our first instrument, and accordingly, our most natural one to express the creative impulses of our soul.
However, there are several challenges we need to overcome in order to make it really shine.
The first is that we hear our own voice differently than others hear it - from "inside our head." So it takes some practice to learn different ways of hearing ourselves.
The second challenge is that most music doesn't happen in isolation, but with other people's involvement. So unless you plan to sing "a capella" (without instrumental accompaniment) and just for your own enjoyment, you need to learn how to relate what you sing to other sounds. This requires a good deal of practice and it is certainly easier with the help of a skilled teacher to help you learn not only what to listen for, but how to control your voice to make it do what you want.
Then there are technical refinements like breath control, articulation, intonation, projection, resonance, ear training, etc.

Hello ! My name is Olivia and I am a graduate from Berklee College of Music. I have been singing since I was 5 years old and want to be a fun and creative way to learning how to sing! I want my students to feel empowered and to enjoy what they are doing !
