I started with Patty's classes in 2001. I was 51 years old and getting pretty beat up by Menopause
and Endometriosis in particular. I was a Jogger for many years but needed to add a good class with
weights and high and low impact exercise to really get into good shape. My best friend recommended
Patty's Classes and rest as they say is History.

Everyone knows that Exercise is critical to good health and if you have any chronic conditions is it
especially important !! Patty's training sessions are the best I have ever gone to - in addition to the exercises, the knowledge
she has imparted to all of us has been just as rewarding. I schedule everything "around" my training.
because I never want to miss and the older I get the more critical it is for me !

It is not an exaggeration by any stretch of the imagination when I say that her training session have saved my life
because it is literally true. I had a serious illness a few years ago that took such a physical toll that there
is no way I could have survived it had I not been in the best physical shape of my life and that was at age 60 !
Oh and her Boot Camp class is the best ever - hands down.

When I began to train with Patty I was a vending machine addict. Patty helped me kick my habit! I would buy 4 pops a day @ $1.25. This added up to $100 a month. I would also buy other vending machine items, totaling up to an additional $40.00 a month.
My work junk food vending machine habit ran me $140.00 a month...which pays for over half of what I spend in training with Patty! When people tell me I must be rich to have a trainer, I tell them "I just stopped eating and drinking crap and it pays for my sessions"...people don't realize how much they spend on junk food....hope this helps someone else! What makes the Skype workout so convenient is, that I can literally get up, go to the living room and start my workout. I do not have to leave my home and that makes it so much easier to continue on with exercise. It is the perfect amount of working out. I have practiced Many different Martial Arts, like Karate, Kung Fu, Philipinian Kali eskrima since the age of 10. When I turned 25 I fell in love with Kickboxing and Thai boxing, after I have practiced these combat sports disciplines for a couple of years I took a Kickboxing and Muay Thai course for coaches with the Italian Academy and Federation of combat sports that was then named FENASCO under the leadership of well renown coach Carlo Diblasi. After a few months I received my instructor's diploma and I have since then coached many athletes, some of whom went onto becoming national and international champions. I have trained consistently for many years with world legendary kickboxing and Thai Boxing champions like Ramon Dekkers, Andre Mannhart and Rob Kaman, just to name a few. I have had the chance to coach in South Africa, in Dubai an
d now I do privately coach in Los Angeles, California, USA.

I was referred to Wahb after seeing the physical and lifestyle changes of a good friend. She lost 15 pounds and was so much happier as she was eating clean and having fun. I wanted to know her secret!

When I met Wahb he was friendly, kind, energetic, knowledgeable and I felt safe having him in my home. Our first session entailed evaluating my "body type", asking key questions about my goals, eating habits, any past injuries along with exercises/activities that I enjoy. Next we began our challenging workout. Usually I walk on the treadmill and never see results or feel soreness. Wahb made sure I was sweating and learning new exercises I had never seen before. Wahb was taking a lot of notes while he was showing me the correct form and explaining every exercise step-by-step. Every thing made sense.

After a challenging workout, Wahb customized a meal plan for me for the next 2 weeks. The meals were delish and 6 pounds melted away without starving.

My goal is to drop 30 pounds. I see Wahb 3 days per week and 1-2 days at the gym. I have lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks eating what I love and mixing our workouts from inside strength training and stretching to outdoor cardio. Mixing things up seems to be the key to Wahb's technique. He's a wealth of information.

Recently my husband has been commenting on how great I look and he has scheduled 6 sessions with Wahb. I recommend Wahb to anyone who wants to see results and work with someone passionate who really cares about your health and wellness. He is not your average gym trainer looking to take your money. I also love that Wahb is available anytime for questions. He's very attentive with his clients.

Expect to work hard and you'll see beautiful results!

I must say that, for a man who is 50 of age, and always looking like he is in his mid 30"s, Wahb has figured it all out! What he taught me about nutrition is probably the most valuable thing when it comes to keeping healthy eating right, eating light, yet have an incredible amount of energy at all times. Nutrition with Wahb is made simple yet incredibly delicious, the ingredients are all natural and organic in the most part, mostly vegetables, greens and seeds, with a few selected meats and a lot of healthy herbs and spices. A basic nutrition that is rich with all the essential nutrients, and where all the superfluous food is almost totally discarded. If one wants to keep healthy, strong and young looking... Wahb is the guy!
Needless to add that he is so proficient in any type of physical exercise, combat sports, self defense and many various sports. His main focus is how to exercise to be fit maintaining a constant attention to improving health and well being.

Wahb is honestly the best trainer I have ever worked with. His self defense methods are great, and I have never gotten a better workout with another trainer. I really love how patient and kind he is, while also being tough and kicking your butt at the same time! He makes you feel so comfortable, and doesn't make you discouraged at all. Rather, he encourages and inspires me to push my body to the limit, while maintaining safety, of course. I would recommend Wahb for anyone who wants to get fit, the healthy and safe way!!! :)

Great!! She does a great job with breaking down information to make it easier to understand and learn the content. She wants you to be successful in learning the material. If there is something you do not understand,she will go over it until you comprehend the information. I have only had one lesson so far, but Aimee was wonderful and I plan on going back for more lessons. She kept the pace slow for me (39 years old) and my daughter (13 years old) and remained patient yet fun throughout the lesson. Both my daughter and I had zero roller-skating experience and we left feeling accomplished. Aimee was fantastic and clearly loves to teach and to roller skate. If you are new to skating, I highly recommend that you go to her for a lesson or three!
