Available internationally to students via Skype, Google Hangouts, etc. All classes include techniques to help cultivate a calmly energized physical demeanor to help you enjoy singing, speaking publicly, auditioning & performing. My name is Arlys, and my vocal exploration began at age three singing solos at church. As a teenager, I performed with the concert choir and madrigal singers under the tutelage of Hal W., a teacher who affected me so deeply with his love of classical choral music that it changed my life, although I wouldn't realize it until much later. As a young artist, I wrote, sang and performed with numerous original rock, pop, funk & blues bands; simultaneously acting, singing, dancing or choreographing stage ...

Arlys is an absolutely fantastic teacher. She really makes you feel okay in your skin, and encourages you to step outside your own boundaries and really find ways to truly improve your vocal performance. I still use exercises she taught me in the lesson pack I bought. She will be with you every step of the way with words of encouragement. You will take something away from working with her.

Vocal lessons with Tom

Tom is a great teacher. He is very encouraging and gives great advice on how to improve. Without his encouragement I do not think I would have tried out for the community choir. I made it through the audition and am back singing with a great group of people.

An excited learning experience

I have had lessons for a month with Billy, and will continue to study with him in future. He is an excellent teacher. Nothing to neat pick, everything is just amazing. He taught every single details of what I should know about drumming, recommended a really helpful textbook to me, and even helped to make my practice a great fun other than a dull work for a beginner. I really appreciate those. If someone is expecting to have an effective and pleasing learning experience, just go ahead try to work with Billy. It is absolutely worth the time and effort. Hope that'd be helpful.
