The College Music Society promotes music teaching and learning, musical creativity and expression, research and dialogue, and diversity and interdisciplinary interaction. A consortium of college, conservatory, university, and independent musicians and scholars interested in all disciplines of music, the Society provides leadership and serves as an agent of change by addressing concerns facing music in higher education.

The mission of the Pan-American Vocology Association is to advance the scientific study of voice for artistic and professional use by fostering vocology in all countries of the Western Hemisphere through research, dissemination of knowledge, training, and the creation and development of professional standards and credentials in voice habilitation and rehabilitation.

Musical Theatre Educators’ Alliance was founded in 1999 as a means for teachers of young professional artists to come together and exchange ideas, methodologies, and solutions to common challenges in the academic settings of universities and conservatories. The organization has since grown to include members and institutions around the globe, and in all areas of Musical Theatre training.

Founded in 1944, National Association of Teachers of Singing, Inc. (NATS) is the largest professional association of teachers of singing in the world with more than 7,000 members worldwide.
