As an experienced acting teacher, I bring a deep passion for the craft and a genuine desire to connect with people. Teaching is not just a job for me; it is a way to share my love and connection to the art form that has been a part of my life since the age of fourteen. From my early days as a theatre summer program instructor to my current professional acting career in the vibrant LA market, I have dedicated myself to living the active lifestyle of an artist. My journey in acting has taken me from training on a remote mountain in the woods (ask me about that!) to honing my skills in the dynamic setting of New York City. Along the way, I have been fortunate to participate in various film projects, including television shows and a movie that made its mark at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, the largest film festival in the world. This industry experience has provided me with invaluable insights and expertise in navigating the complex world of acting, from gaining admission to top schools and training programs to securing representation and making breakthroughs in the industry. In addition to my role as an acting teacher, I am also a film producer, further enhancing my understanding of the creative process and the industry as a whole. I believe in taking a nurturing approach with my students, creating an environment that fosters self-discovery, growth, and creativity. It brings me immense joy to witness the progress and self-discoveries made by the artists I work with. My teaching approach revolves around three key pillars: A) Reconnecting you to your artistry and nurturing your artistic spirit. B) Equipping you with techniques to be fully present in the moment, surpassing your initial abilities. C) Providing grounding techniques to establish a solid foundation of trust as you embark on your artistic journey. I am a firm believer that learning never ceases, and I continue to enhance my own skills through ongoing training at an esteemed acting studio based in Los Angeles.
