Hello! I'm a guitarist and guitar teacher living in Queens. I've been playing guitar my whole life, teaching since 2017, and love sharing my knowledge and love of guitar and music with my students. Based in New York, I perform throughout the city as a solo performer, a bandleader, and a sideman. I also write and produce music for short films and commercial projects. I specialize in rock music, and adore acoustic folk guitar as well, but my musical experience ranges from metal to neo-soul to americana to jazz. My aim in teaching is to help you cultivate and grow your personal relationship to your instrument and musicianship. I work with my students to build personal lesson plans that fit their interests, experience, and goals. It's important to me that my students can always remember and apply what they learn during lessons, so I provide lesson notes, handouts, and practice plans. I'd love to share my knowledge with you wherever you are in your musical journey, whether it be through teaching songs, establishing and refining instrument fundamentals, applying music theory to the fretboard, workshopping songwriting, or introducing you to the music producing or recording process!
