Want to gain confidence and learn how to defend yourself in an altercation? I teach Gracie Jiu jitsu and been formally trained for 11+ years and been taught under a Royce Gracie Jiu jitsu black belt. You will learn how to effectively defend yourself in an altercation, i will teach you grappling submissions, stand up self defense and take downs. Hours available to teach between 9am - 8pm. You must sign a waiver before we begin the private training. About me i'm 44 years old, born and raised in west palm beach florida. I am a Army veteran, who served 3 years and done 2 tours in Kosovo, and Korea. I love teaching jiu jitsu and training as well. I'm down to earth and very patient. you will be given the skills set to defend yourself from a larger more athletic attacker. You need no experience in martial arts just a willingness to learn.
