Computer Science with Kate B.

I am a computer science graduate student currently pursuing my Masters degree. I graduated from the College of William & Mary with my Bachelors of Computer Science in 2024, and will be continuing at the same institution for my Masters (and possibly my PhD). I have experience informally tutoring friends and family in a variety of topics, mainly math and computer science. I employ a hands-on approach in which the student presents a problem or question, I walk them through a similar example, and then we tackle the question together. This has been a very successful strategy that has helped my students gain confidence in learning, and I feel confident teaching all grade levels through high school and beginning college courses. STEM classes were formative in my personal development, and I look forward to helping you learn and grow in these exciting topics!
