Acoustic Guitar with Jared L.

My name is Jared and I have been playing guitar for over 20 years. I can teach electric, acoustic, and bass guitar. I want to teach you how to play your favorite songs by your favorite artists. I don't want to waste your time trying to teach you songs that you don't care about! Modern worship, hard rock, and metal are the styles I have the most experience with, but I have some experience with other genres, too. Don't be afraid to ask! I have lived in Troy, OH my whole life and just started teaching guitar in late 2023. I have been a member of the Troy Christian Church worship band for most of those 20 years and also worked as the music director for Northern Hills Christian Church from 2018 to 2020. I have worked with teenagers, senior citizens, and everywhere in between! Other music experience includes singing/screaming, guitar, and songwriting for a few metal/hard rock bands. Mayfly and Poetic Descent are the two most notable ones.
