American Sign Language with Iris U.

My name is Iris, I am Deaf, born in Dominican Republic, and moved to USA when I was 9 years old. I know three languages are ASL, English and Spanish. I am artist, crocheting, reading book, traveling and jogging. I graduated from RIT/NTID major digital imaging and printing technology. Most of my life I grew up in mainstream school and in high school. I was only Deaf in high school for four years with interpreter, to social with my hearing friends. We always chat by write note during in classroom or lunch either. I realized they want to get know more about me, so I DID teach my few hearing friends to learn sign. They learn more and sign more. I love to teach to everyone who wants to learn sign language. My time to give them to knowledge about Deaf cultural.....I can't wait to see your sign look like what?! you will find out! my 3 CODA their first language is ASL. They're speak other languages are English and Spanish. Very interesting, their sign have own accent ASL! Like for an example, one of them very good with fingerspelling and can sign but mixed with english. One of them very ASL with their facial expression and last one of them so cute sign. She's figure out how to communicate by body language. Thats normal, no one perfect! right? Its very important to learn everyday to help their improve skill. thats all matter!
