Swimming with Eric S.

I learned to swim as a kid and grew up exploring rivers, lakes, and oceans. I earned distinctions and athletic scholarships as a high school competitor, then went on to roles as a swim teacher, lifeguard, and championship coach. Bringing my swimming skills to triathlon, I consistently finished in the top 20% in races--taking one 3rd and one 4th place. I've refined my instructional ability, teaching people of every level and learning style over many decades. Swimming's my joy. I still practice it every other day, and am eager to this depth of know-how to help you acquire swimming skills easily, quickly, and efficiently.
