Practice your speed and accuracy in the ACT Science section with a perfect scorer
Did you know you don't *actually* have to read those entire long passages? It is possible to train yourself to pick out the answers without wasting any time.
In this training, the student will be able to increase their speed in processing the information that is presented in the science section of the ACT. Scientific information is sometimes very difficult to understand and often seemingly boring. But you don't need to spend too much energy on each passage, only 5 minutes of your time.
Each session will be a customized practice with 5 minutes of pre-solving tips, 35 minutes of solving questions in a testing format, and 5 minutes of post-practice discussion.

I am a University of North Carolina Wilmington student studying Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
I can help students improve their problem-solving and logical reasoning skills in various levels of mathematics, computer science and programming, and the sciences while enhancing their subject knowledge and application. I have tutored students of varied age groups in these subjects for several years.
My extracurricular passions include classical music and dance, astronomy, art, swimming, and puzzle-solving. As a fluent speaker of 3 languages and an avid learner of 2 more, I am happy to contribute to your learning with the use of Gujarati or Hindi if needed.

Doorva did a great job walking me through how to download everything I needed to run a particular program that uses Python. I have zero experience with coding, and she was able to answer questions I wouldn't even have known how to ask. She definitely saved me hours of confused and frustrated Googling. Many thanks!
