I graduated from the University of North Florida in 2017 and received my Bachelor's degree in jazz studies. Over the past 7 years I have earned the majority of my income teaching music lessons and I have experience teaching students of all ages and proficiency levels on Sax, Piano, Flute, Clarinet and Uke and beginner/intermediate Guitar. I recently moved to NYC and I am currently a student of the NYU jazz Master's program where I am also working as a graduate teaching instructor teaching piano lessons to undergraduate students. While at NYU I studied with some of the best saxophonists in the world including Chris Potter, Dave Liebman, and Rich Perry. I have taught at a few of the top rated music schools in the Northeast fl area in addition to having students in my personal studio whom I taught from online or from their home and I have over 10 years of teaching experience. I cater my lessons to the individual wants and needs of each student and strive to provide all of my students with the tools to practice effectively and achieve consistent results. It is my mission to help foster a deep passion for music and the process of practicing and ultimately, I aim to help every student achieve a level of proficiency where they are able to continue effectively practicing and growing for the rest of their lives.
