As an experienced educator with a strong general and special education foundation, I am dedicated to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments. My proudest accomplishment is obtaining my teacher certification in December 2023, which has further equipped me to positively impact my students' lives. Through my role as the PBIS Coach, I have successfully led my school to distinguished status, demonstrating my commitment to promoting positive behavior and academic success. With a specialist degree in curriculum and instruction, my goal is to leverage my expertise to transition into the role of an assistant principal of discipline, where I aim to implement effective strategies for promoting a safe and supportive school environment.
