Elementary Math with Ashley M.

I've been a nanny/babysitter for a family for about 5 years now. I stared doing learning time with the children whenever they were 4 and 2, but before then I would have them count things as we went on with our daily activities. (We did things like count how many pickles, Cheetos or straw berries you have with your lunch, or we would play games involving counting or colors. From there, we slowly moved on to more complicated or in depth things, to prepare the oldest for Kindergarten and the youngest for Pre K. They are now in 3rd Grade and Kindergarten and I still work on math learning with them whenever I see them.
