    Students can expect customized lessons, encompassing basic knife skills , cooking methods & techniques, recipe practice, meal planning and anything else they desire to learn. Being a culinary student myself allows me to understand that everyone learns differently and each student deserves to work in an environment set up for their personal success. I strive to teach skills that will make students comfortable in the kitchen and allow them to build a confidence that will lead to finding their own creativity. Looking forward to not just leading you to the river, but teaching how to fish! Graduating from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University with my Bachelors in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management has allowed me the opportunity to flourish in both Front of House and Back of House in the restaurant world. After years of working in multiple food service establishments, I realized that my favorite thing to do was cook my own food, with my own rules and expand the food knowledge of anyone willing to try it, thus Thymeless Catering Inc was born. My college best friend, and now business partner and I have become "Cheftrepreneurs" building our Caribbean Fusion Catering Company. Allowing us to use the knowledge engrained from our Caribbean upbringings with the knowledge obtained from our travels and dining experiences. Throughout the years, I have taught friends, family and strangers alike covering very basic tools of the trade to very intricate recipes; and now I would like to share my talents with the rest of the world.

    Chef Angie is awesome! She gives lessons to my autistic teenage son and she is great with him. Chef Angie has my son cutting and cooking things that I never thought he would be able to do. Thank you Chef Angie!

    Angelique was incredible to work with! She is patient, organized and her ability to do so through e-learning was impressive. As a beginner, she really took the time to coach me and help me and as good teachers do, she was able to explain the basics. I would unequivocally recommend her to any level!
