Hey, I'm Alex!! I am a classical saxophone performer and educator who holds a BM degree in music education from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA and an AS degree of music from Suffolk County Community College in Long Island, NY. During my study at SU, I was delighted to work with some of the most prestigious saxophonists, including both former and current principal saxophonists of the US Navy Band. I have performed with multiple saxophone quartet groups over the years, where we have performed professionally at multiple venues including the International Saxophone Symposium, the Arts Club of Washington, and more! Additionally, I had experiences performing abroad in Spain and France. Furthermore, I tutored music theory to undergraduate and even graduate students in my university. I am currently a middle school band teacher who takes passion in helping all students achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential in their playing!
