My name is Sergio, i'm 29 years young. I live in Brooklyn, New York. I have 15 years of experience in fitness industry and 10 years in dancing (breakdancing). I specialize in calisthenics (bodyweight training), bodybuilding and powerlifting, TRX, Group Classes and more.
I teach breakdancing from beginner to intermediate levels.
I also teach basic gymnastics such as handstands, bridges, cartwheels, walkovers, splits. I do not teach flips!

Wow Sergey is really great at this! My daughter just turned 5 and is still practicing her headstands against the wall hours later. Sergey's advice to have her 'help' me practice MY stretching is a double win and making her more willing to do her pushups and splits too. We are really looking forward to the next class already. I have been taking Liam's Tai Chi/ Qi Gong class for nearly two years now. He is a dynamic teacher that is sensitive to different types of learning paces and styles (both eastern and western) and employs both in his classes. His explanations are simple and he always relates the movement back to its origin as a martial arts defense/offensive move which helps one establish the intention behind the movement. I have learned yang short form and chen style short form from him. I would highly recommend that you take his class if you are interested in beginning or continuing a tai chi practice. Through my practice I have found a healthy way to manage stress and anxiety.

I traditionally strength train and consistently utilize HiiT training so as you could imagine I've developed some imbalances in my body. Thanks to Lindsay she was able to recognize this and help out tremendously in the flexibility and core aspects of my training. I'm stronger than I've ever been and my ROM Has increased significantly. I strongly recommend using her expertise and training in this area.

I'm new to pilates so I can easily get confused. Not with Lindsay! She is so specific with the movements, I know exactly what to do next! Not only that, but how she articulates which muscles to work and how to make the most out every single exercise. Guaranteed to burn out your muscles, but then with her stretches, you leave feeling great. How a teacher speaks has always been a deal breaker for me. Lindsay's voice and her demeanor is so pleasant, encouraging, and fun! Also, her body is GOALS! I will follow her to whatever studio she goes to! Thanks Lindsay!

My daughter wanted me to find her a flexibility coach to help her with dance. Because we live in a rural community, this type of instruction is not available. I did an online search and was very fortunate to connect with Take Lessons and Lindsey. She takes a 30 minute lesson twice a week and has seen considerable improvement in her flexibility. Lindsey is not only a great teacher but a great person. Her and my daughter have developed a personal relationship. Lindsey is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and kind. She has been taking Lessons from Lindsey for 11 months, and we plan to continue with classes because of the excellent instruction she has received.

I am a yoga instructor and an ex-circus performer. I trained strength, flexibility and aerial arts and performed with a professional circus from the age of 8. As I got older, I started teaching circus arts to both children and adults. My body hurt, though, from years of rough use and the performance lifestyle.

I took up Yoga in 2010 and fell in love immediately! I found that it relieved the pain of old injuries and forced me to even out my body after a life time of asymmetric use in performances. Despite my strength and flexibility from years of circus arts, Yoga managed to find small, stabilizing muscles that I had been neglecting. I have never felt stronger or healthier in my body than I do now!

The emotional side of Yoga was what I didn’t expect. At first, it brought up a lot of unresolved emotions as I was forced to sit quietly wit
